Thank you for taking the time to leave your review and for staying with us. We're sorry to hear the dining room chairs were uncomfortable - we agree they need fixing and plan to do so very soon. We do stock a few starter supplies (dishwasher pods, garbage bags, etc.) to help guests get settled on arrival. However, since we host many extended stays of a week or even a full month, we aren't able to supply these items for an entire stay. Most guests appreciate the initial starters and pick up more as needed, but we'll look at ways to better communicate that in the listing. I'm surprised to hear there was no body wash in the shower - we keep extra supplies on hand for several months at a time and restock regularly. If something was missed during turnover, that's on us and we'll double-check our restocking process. We truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve the space for future guests.
