This remarkably spacious and contemporary two-bedroom condominium, situated in the Reserve at Ten Mile Creek Apartments, provides mountain views from the ground floor's private patio and allows for easy access to a variety of outdoor activities at Granby Ranch Resort.
The unit boasts a generous open floor plan that encompasses the living area and gourmet kitchen, both of which offer picturesque views through the windows.
The living area is crafted for comfort, featuring cozy seating arranged around the gas fireplace, a flat-screen television, and a ceiling fan to ensure cooling during the warmer summer months, as air conditioning is not provided. This area also leads to a private patio outfitted with a BBQ grill, creating an enjoyable setting to appreciate the stunning surroundings.
The kitchen presents a modern aesthetic with granite countertops, high-end appliances, and attractive wooden cabinetry, making it ideal for preparing both quick meals and formal dinners, complemented by a large breakfast bar that accommodates up to six guests.
Adjacent to the kitchen, a secondary dining area comfortably seats two people, offering a serene spot for a quick meal or a place to catch up on emails or enjoy tabletop games.
The primary bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, a full en-suite bathroom, a flat-screen television, and access to the private patio.
The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a twin bed for extra sleeping arrangements, along with a desk for any group members needing a dedicated workspace. For a fee of $15 per person/day, guests have access to the Ranch Hall at the base of
Granby Ranch Resort, which includes an outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, ping pong and foosball.
By obtaining a Granby pass, you can partake in skiing and biking without incurring substantial fees and taxes. Experience a lifestyle of convenience with hiking, biking, skiing, and golfing available just steps from your residence
It is essential for all guests to arrange their own transportation, ideally utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles. Given the unit’s secluded location, significant snowfall in the region may result in delays in the plowing of the county roads leading to the property.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
