The location is awesome, so close to the beach, surf shops, restaurants, and ice cream! The condo was perfect and has everything you need, including beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, bikes, and a scoops for shelling. Interacting with the owners was very easy, they are super nice, and they replied to our emails very quickly. I would definitely stay here again

The suite was very clean, bright and had all the necessary items for a temporary stay! We walked everywhere!! Even Jerry's grocery store. Traffic can be heavy at times so walking was a great option for us. Barbara was very quick to respond when I had a couple of questions. Definitely consider this property !! The convenient location was ideal

Oasis on Sanibel!!

Loved the condo !! Clean , spacious, comfortable and an easy walk to the beach & restaurant!! Can’t wait to go back next year!!Thanks Eddie & Barbara!!!

Simply a wonderful and comfortable location for us to bring our canine companion. Although we may have brought the score of others down due to our fuzzy buddy barking his fool head off at every noise he was not familiar with, or the few times we needed to get away without him. A must stay for the ease of booking and every other interaction! No staged or deceiving photos and a great location for ease of beach walking access. The Sanibel/Captiva Island is a wonderful Florida treasure, and having first travelled there near 51 years ago, it is refreshing that it has not been over-commercialized as it could have. I hope it remains a quaint retreat for years to come for so many others. Third generation Tampa native, Robert.

The location of the property is very good—close to shops, the beach, and restaurants. The description of the interior of the house is accurate, but the exterior is not. It is dirty and poorly maintained compared to the photos. The cleanliness inside the property is very superficial. The supplies provided for four people for a three night stay were not sufficient, including bathroom and kitchen products. We had to purchase many basic items ourselves. Additionally, the listing did not mention that the property is located on a second floor and requires climbing stairs, which is difficult for older guests and inconvenient when carrying luggage. Overall, several aspects of the property do not match the photos.

We really loved the property, and the communication with Barbara was great, she replied very quickly to our queries, and helped with everything we needed. The location is amazing, and we would be back. The only issue we faced was that our unit was not clean before our arrival, Barbara did send her cleaning crew very fast, but they still missed to empty the trash from the bathroom, and they did not leave enough toilet paper. The rest was taken care very fast, and they were very friendly.

A short and sweet stay

This property was located just above the surf shop and a couple of other small shops in Sanibel. It was very clean, a good size for a family of 4, would be great for pets, but we didn't bring ours. It's very close to the beach and lighthouse. Plenty of towels for bathroom and beach. There are beach chairs and umbrellas also! There are public bicycles you can ride to the beach or out for a meal. Folks ride their bicycles everywhere there and actually have a lane! We had some trouble with flickering lights in one of the bedrooms, but communication was great with the owner and she got maintenance on it quickly. My only gripe is that there could be more seating in the living area and an extra chair in the bedroom would be good. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for having us!

Needs a few improvements and some better communication on exactly what is in appartment.

we didn't realize the balcony was shared, not could you lock the balcony door. there was no kitchen table or counter chairs to eat at. the outside grille was very dirty. the outside area was not very inviting. and no shade to sit. parking spots were very limited. there should have been a cart to take your stuff to the beach. the bikes has no locks not baskets. the beach chair straps were broken and therefore could use that way to take to the beach. the second bedroom had a shower curtain for a door and was smaller than a walk in closet (no privacy, def. not for adults, very small twin size bunk beds) all windows opened up to walkways or balconies, thus you had to leave them closed for privacy.tv was small side for the wall it was on. no kitchen towels, just bath.said olive oil and vinager were provided , but only Salt and pepper were there. we didn't know we were on the second floor until the day before we went , stairs are very steep , outside in sun , and not covered. garbage dumpsters were overflowing with trash.location was excellent, host was quick to respond, place was clean and accommodating. bed was comfortable.
