Our charming 1 bed apartment is located on the 9th floor so those scared of heights need not worry. Greeted by the concierge as you walk in, other treats include a gym and swimming pool, so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.



With a spacious open plan dining/sitting room (complete with satellite T.V.), you'll also love the balcony which is great to enjoy the morning coffee.



The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsay would be proud of.



We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure.

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply some initial toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee, with enough to get you started until you can get to a supermarket.



There is a private car parking space and the nearest supermarket is less than a 2 minute walk away as well as other useful shops.



The Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and Dubai Opera are all very close. The nearest public transport is the Dubai Metro which is a 15 min drive away and connects you to the rest of the city.

The Neighborhood:

Dubai Hills is an affluent residential neighbourhood known for the famous Dubai Hills Golf Club and the nearby Dubai Hills Mall. This amazing apartment is close to the Jebel Ali Racecourse and Dubai Sports City.

Smart cafes, upmarket shops and restaurants are all a short distance away.



Getting Around:

As in the description, but there are lots of taxis and Uber if you prefer



Other Things to Note:

SOFA BED:

PLEASE NOTE: If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify me no later than 48hrs prior to check-in. If the request is made after this time, I cannot guarantee the linens and towels will be provided and cannot guarantee the sofa bed will be made up by the housekeeping staff. Given this please make this a priority as we don’t want your stay affected.



COTS & HIGH CHAIRS:

If you require cots or high chairs then there is a ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150 per item



FOLDABLE CHAIR AND DESK:

If you require foldable chair and desk then there is a ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150

AC TEMPERATURE:

Please note that as recommended by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, the AC temperature will vary between 20-24 ℃ (depending on the temperature outside and the panel settings you control).



LUGGAGE STORAGE:

If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
