Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located apartment. A quiet location in the heart of the city centre.
Shopping centres, restaurants, bars, train stations and cruise terminal all within easy walking distance. The property situated on the boundary of the old medieval walls with lots of history on the doorstep.
Open plan living dinning area, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with private balcony.

A private balcony is accessible from the bedroom.
The apartment is well equipped for cooking and has a washing machine with linen, towels, soap, tea, coffee and cleaning products all provided.
The apartment is accessible by a lift or stairs. The apartment access is self check in. The keys to the property are to be picked up and dropped off to a Key Nest that is 3-4 minutes walk from the apartment.
There is a door bell camera at the property used for security. The camera monitors and can record video and audio of the front door exterior and the communal hallway of the apartment building.
Check in from 3pm, Check out before 11am. Occasionally this can be flexible if agreed beforehand.
