This apartment was a perfect way to celebrate our son’s 40th birthday here in Minneapolis..the accommodations were exactly as written. The only thing was that I parked directly across the street instead of at the Hilton where it would’ve been much cheaper. Only noticed the suggestion when we were checking out. Other than that, it was perfect for us.

Beautiful, convenient location in the heart of downtown. Convenient walk to Target Field, Nicollet Ave restaurants, and many other destinations. The room was perfect for our family of five including tweens and teens. Other tenants in the building (some of whom rent long term) were mostly friendly and helpful even when we looked like awkward tourists at first, lol. Clean room with basic needs stocked. We would definitely recommend.

Perfect downtown location for a group of 6, plenty of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Very clean property and safety was top notch! Walkable to US Bank Stadium as well. Easy parking right across the street! This is the place to be if you are taking a trip to downtown Minneapolis.

The place was great had a lot of amenities close to everything you need to be entertained. The only thing I wish it was close to is a grassy area for dogs to use the bathroom. There were a few places one across the street at the Hilton and an artificial turf area. Other than that it’s a nice place to stay with a great view of the city. Would come again:)

We had a wonderful stay in Minneapolis! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. There were so many amenities, including a fitness center, pool, and great rooftop space which was perfect for relaxing. The location was perfect, with easy access to all of the attractions of the city. We were close to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, walking trails, and the Target Center. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were friendly, responsive, and made the entire process seamless. Very detailed check-in/check/out information was sent and made the process simple. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. We highly recommend this property!

Extremely quick to respond to questions or concerns. The VRBO itself was very quiet and extremely clean. Security was excellent. Location was perfect for our needs, as well as the parking options. The additional amenities of this location (rooftop, extra cooking space, outdoor grill, pool) were a bonus we wish we could have had time to enjoy. Highly recommend.

Parking was a bit of a mess. The Viking/packer game on top of a twins game and a target corporate event, meant that all the places jacked up their rates. Definitely read the check in manual before you go! I didn’t and I was in the elevator very confused! Neither were the fault of the host. Other than those 2 issues, the place is great! Clean with amazing views! If you have a chance check out all of the amenities the building offers.

There is parking right across the street where you can pay 24 dollars for 24 hours of parking. Lots of eating nearby and not far from target center/field where we went for a concert. Smooth check in and very cozy place to stay in the city.

The unit was filthy inside and the key cafe initially didn’t work with my code. I decided to return to my home for the night instead staying there for my birthday stay-cation. Here’s what happened: I went to the key cafe and received a message saying my code was invalid. I entered the code 3-4 times and continued to receive the message. I called the number provided with my reservation and the call went straight to voicemail. A few moments later, I received a text from the number I called asking for the reason I called. I explained that the key cafe code didn’t work and the response I received was as follows: “Unfortunately, all the codes including the keycafe code will not work until 4:00PM.” I asked for a refund and moments later received a new key cafe code, in spite of being told I couldn’t get in until 4. The new code worked and I was able to get my fob. I went upstairs to my room and quickly noticed that it was very dirty: -the microwave was dirty with food stains and finger prints, -the sink was dirty with residue, -there were oily fingerprints all over the patio door, -there was a full greasy handprint on one of the bedroom walls along with more oily fingerprints, dark smudges, and a yellow-ish substance, -there were food crumbs inside the foldout mattress in the sofa. It was disgusting and I couldn’t imagine spending the night sleeping there. Even though I didn’t stay there, the host wouldn’t give me a refund. Stay away.
