The dark country nights here are perfect for a good night's sleep. It features a bedroom with a bran new queen sized bed, a new coffee maker, a new mini fridge for all of your snacks, a TV with Netflix & Prime, and free WiFi.

In addition to the private bedroom and bathroom, there is a living room space with a café table and two rocking chairs for your morning coffee. For relaxing after your adventures, there is a comfy, large 3-sectional sofa.

With central heating, AC, and WiFi, guests can stay connected and comfortable. The living room offers additional space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. In the winter, there are views of the Ohio River from the backyard of the property through the trees. There is a park right across the street with a couple of walking trails, basketball court, jungle gum for kids, and 2 baseball Fields with games happening all during the warm months.

You will get a four digit code (that is changed often) to enter the garage and go downstairs to your private room. The owner will be upstairs in case you need anything.
