We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Everything we needed was provided, and the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. We really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend staying here. We would love to come back again!

We enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean and plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook/eat in as well as toddler dishes for those of you with little ones. The beds were comfortable and a quiet location.Convenient to everything we wanted for site seeing such as the New River Gorge exploration and Summerville Lake for some paddle boarding. Highly recommend doing the bridge walk!We really enjoyed the outdoor pool table in the evenings and was visited by the neighbor's cat!Would book again.

Great value in Mount Nebo, perfect for visiting Summersville Lake and New River Gorge National Park. The host was very nice, even though I contacted him several times for various reasons (I felt like the difficult guest, but he was very understanding and responsive).

The cabin was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Furniture and bedding were comfortable and bathrooms had plenty of towels and bath supplies. It rained a lot during our stay, but we were able to enjoy the covered section of the outdoor deck during the rains and the open section with fire table and comfortable furniture and pool table during evenings when the weather cleared. We enjoyed our stay very much!

This was a nice house for our family to spend a long weekend in, especially in the summer when we could sit out on the big patio. There was plenty of porch furniture, and the fire pit and string lights were nice to use at night. The house is next to another private residence and a small farm. So while it is nicely tucked away from the main road, there are a few neighbors around, which adds some local color. It is, however, very close to the lake, and the national park isn't far away either. All around, it was a great place for a weekend getaway!

Summersville getaway

The house is super clean and comfortable. Nice quiet area, and close to the Lake. Host is very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay near New River Gorge and Summersville Lake

We had a great stay near the New River Gorge and Summersville Lake. The property was clean and well-stocked with items such as towels. The pool table outside was a fun touch. Beds were comfortable and stayed cool on hot summer days. Thank you for a nice stay.

This property was very well kept, comfortable and clean. It offered everything that we needed for our trip. The house sits along a nice quiet wooded area and had easy access to all main roads. We visited Summersville Lake, Hawks Nest, New River Gorge, Babcock, and all were easy trips. We relaxed on the patio every night and enjoyed playing games and shooting pool. The firepit was a nice touch to the patio as well. Great place to stay no matter what your weather. Definitely recommend Fayetteville for lunch or dinners. Pies and Pints is a must! Secret Sandwich Society was awesome, MandiBees was good, Wood iron Eatery, and Fat Eddy’s in Summersville was great too!New River ATV is a definite MUST if you enjoy adventure! They were fantastic. Nuttallburg Coal Tipple was a beautiful exciting drive, and all main hiking trails we walked were each wonderful.
