Start your day with dolphins playing in the surf and end it with a breathtaking sunset. From your morning coffee to a gourmet meal, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need. The master bedroom features a king bed and ensuite, while the guest bedrooms offer a queen bed and twin/twin bunk beds. With a sleeper sofa in the spacious living room, 8 guests can sleep in comfort. Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

Built in 2006, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot for active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoor pools, one including a kiddie pool, or get out of the sun and relax inside one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one-stop shop.  Spa services are also available at a set rate. This property truly offers something for everyone!

Vehicle Registration is required before arrival. Guests will purchase their parking pass through the vehicle registration process. During Peak Season, Majestic Beach Resort allows guests to purchase ONE parking pass for 1 and 2 bedroom units. TWO parking passes may be purchased for 3 bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1 and 2 bedroom units.

Shipwreck Island is less than 2 miles away and is great fun for the kids! Try Pirate's Plunge, Treetop Drop, or the White-knuckle Rapids.

This was our first time booking an VRBO, and the experience was more than we could have hoped for. The place was clean, the views amazing and the beach was clean and not too crowded and steps away from our room. We would book with this VRBO again.

Overall really great experience. The WiFi information on the board was not correct so I had to call to get correct info. The bathroom shower was dirty and the temperature knob was backwards. The cold water on the tub also did not work so was unable to use. On my booking email it said to use the “useful info about booking” but that tab was blank when I looked at it.

Getting to park was a disaster. It took over an hour due to someone not sending me an email to register my car to be able to get into the parking deck.Then after we finally got into the unit we had no wifi. The wrong wifi codes were listed and i had to send an email just for the wifi password.Other than that it was a beautiful unit very clean with a wonderful view. Close access to everything. We really enjoyed it and we love Majestic Towers! We will book this unit again

Such a memorable vacation with a beautiful condo! The master suite is perfect, the deep large tub for hot baths, a stand up shower perfect for washing off right after the beach. The balcony had the best view! We were so pleased with our stay!

Wonderful balcony

The place was well equipped, had nice furniture and was overall nice. The second bedroom is a queen, not a king. The balcony was splendid.

Price was great! Could use a few minor updates. Masters bathtub knobs did not work. Garbage disposal did not work. But beds were super comfortable, AC was cold and showers were hot! Loved the corner unit in tower 2. Would definitely book again.

The condo is great. It’s clean and right on the beach. The only thing wrong inside the condo was the cold water on the master bath tub didn’t work so it was too hot. But the shower in the master bath is one of the best I’ve ever used! The problem we had that kind of just started the trip off bad was the parking situation. There is a garage to park in across from the towers. There is a bridge on level 3 to get to the towers which goes straight to tower 2. So really it’s a great parking situation but we didn’t get an email about parking. Once we figured out where to go we had to sit at the bottom of the parking deck for over a hour waiting for the email. No one answered on the contact host message option so I called the number. The first guy said he was working on putting in the form and then after 20 min told me he was disconnecting and someone would contact me. After waiting 15-20 more minutes and no one calling I called back and a lady helped me. When told they would call me back I asked her to just wait on the line since no one ever called me back the first time and we are now going in an hour of trying to park and start our vacation. After about 30 more minutes we had to sign another rental agreement and pay 20 a day to park which also wasn’t mentioned. So while I would rent this condo again please make sure they send you an email about parking before you leave.

Beachin' with the Fam!!

Perfect location!! Sooooo clean! Great views. Condo is on the end of 8th floor. Great privacy. Walking distance to everything. This was the most spacious, practical floor plan for our family!! Bar area, large laundry, plenty of storage area for beach towels, chairs, toys, coolers, suitcases, etc. 3 balcony access doors, 2 separate balconies, front & back, one for each bedroom. Large bunk bed room with a closet. Plenty of room for queen air mattress. Huge kitchen high bar. The staff is friendly and constantly keeping everything clean! Loved parking/loading set up.

Spring Break Fun

I took my family and friends for a few days to Panama City Beach for the college students to have some fun for their Spring Break. The checkin process was smooth after I contacted management about the checkin procedures. Since I was out of the country prior to the trip, I missed an email requesting the ages of those who will be staying at the property prior to them sending me the checkin details. This was different for me because I’ve never had to provide this type of information at other properties I’ve stayed at in the past. The property itself was nice but it could use some renovations. The curtains in the master bedroom were torn on the bottom and the furniture on the porch was showing signs of rust. Overall, the unit was clean and I would stay there again.
