Wonderful stay

I found the property to be exceptional. The location was key to the business in hand and everything was beautiful. The solar system is top-notch which is why I chose this property. Hector, the owner was excellent and who keeps up with his properties.

Sisters birthday trip and daughters graduation

We came to PR for my sister 37th birthday and my daughter graduating high school we had an amazing time! Hector was amazing came and checked on us is about 30 minutes from a beach but great location for food groceries and shopping!! Great host and great decor plenty of supplies and felt like a home away from home!

Directions were clear and check in was quick. The apartment was clean and exactly as pictured. Very comfortable and inviting space. Loved all the light fixtures. AC units worked great. Location was perfect for what we needed, we were running errands. There is a gas station, USPS, supermarket and fast food all within 10 min walking distance. Internet connection was fast and reliable. Our only issue was we only recieved 1 set of keys for the gates. Not a big deal as we coordinated and I am able to work remote and was able to let family.

The property was very inviting and spacious enough for myself and two others. The air conditioning worked well in every room, and the rental was stocked with all the amenities you could need. The host also provides beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas, which was a great bonus. The home was very clean and well maintained overall.The only downside was the presence of ants throughout the house, including the bathroom and kitchen. They weren’t overly bothersome, as they mostly stayed near the floorboards or along the ceiling edges, but there were enough to be noticeable.There was also a minor issue one night when I asked the host about bug spray due to some flies that appeared (which we later realized tend to show up during rainy weather and go away on their own). The host seemed somewhat offended by the request and suggested that we may have left trash out, which wasn’t the case, as we kept the space clean and regularly took out the trash. He ultimately told us to purchase bug spray ourselves from a nearby store.Aside from that interaction and the ant issue, our stay was very pleasant. The community is friendly, and there are several restaurants, as well as a grocery store and drugstore, all within walking distance. I would still consider staying here again and appreciate the host’s overall hospitality.

Me encantó el apartamento. Está completamente equipado. Las camas son cómodas. El lugar donde se encuentra ubicado es bien estratégico ya que tiene cerca de todo. Desde tiendas, supermercados a lugares de comida. No solamente fast food, hay restaurantes locales también. Por último y, para mí, sumamente importante, es un lugar tranquilo. En ningún momento escuché ruidos innecesarios como música alta, aceleración de autos o motoras ni regateo de autos o motoras.
