This new two-story beach house offers the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and convenience for your next vacation. First Floor - Rest & Relaxation with Three King bedrooms and Double Bunk. The first floor features four personalized bedrooms, each designed with comfort in mind. You’ll find three spacious king bedrooms with ample closet space and spectacular beach views. The fourth bedroom is ideal for kids or young adults, featuring two sets of bunk beds—perfect for sleepovers and fun-filled evenings. A shared full bathroom is conveniently located nearby.

North Topsail get away

This home is perfectly located with amazing views from every window. The open floor plan was ideal for family dinners and game night. Easy check in process and communication was great with the owners. We really enjoyed our time together at this home.

The property was emasculate and had nearly everything we needed. We were advised in advance that we would need to purchase the necessary paper goods such as paper towels and bathroom tissues which we found at the nearby shopping. The home was beautifully appointed and was very comfortable. I was easily able to stay in touch with the owner. We wanted to increase the pool temperature and he was able to remotely accomplish this adjustment. All things considered I would easily recommend this VRBO to my friends.

Communication with host was excellent. Everything was just as described. The rooms were spacious, the pool was perfect for a large family, and the location couldn’t have been better. Beach access was within walking distance. The beach was very quiet which is exactly what we wanted.

Perfect new build

This house was perfect for me and my extended family. There was plenty of room. Everything was well decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed the puzzles and games that were available. There are a lot of steps, but it makes the views amazing!! The sunrise out the front balcony. And the sunset out the back balcony. The pool was perfect with nice areas for everyone to relax and play. Just a short walk to the beach! Absolutely perfect!!

Perfect Property

This brand new property was absolutely perfect! My family and I stayed there during the last week of June during a heat wave. The private pool was a game changer! The home is beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need for a wonderful vacation, including beach toys, pool toys, games, books, king bedrooms with private bathrooms and decks. The hosts have truly thought of everything and are very responsive for any questions. Another fabulous vacation hosted by Jeremy and Sara. Thank you!!

This was one of the most wonderful vacations we have taken as a family and it had a lot to do with staying at this beautiful home! The entire process from start to finish was flawless thanks to Sara and Jeremy! Their home has everything you need and they were so attentive to anything we asked! The pool was awesome! They even had a gate for the top of the stairs that saved us!! Our gates didn’t work, but luckily there was one there! The kitchen had everything we needed, everything in the house worked well. We would definitely stay here again!! Thanks again for sharing your home with us!

Booked this amazing home for our annual family vacation and to help celebrate multiple events with our extended family; the house was absolutely AMAZING. The location is my favorite part of the island and is situated well for convenience, access, and quiet relaxation. The house had ample space for everyone staying and visiting during our stay. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed/wanted, lots of books and a wide variety of games/puzzles. Sara and Jeremy are amazing hosts who provided the perfect amount of communication, ensuring our questions and any concerns were promptly addressed. They have done an amazing job with the decor, the care consideration, and pride in this home is evident in the attention to detail and in the little extra touches throughout. Definitely will be returning to rent this beautiful home again. Thanks Sara and Jeremy for an excellent family vacation and for sharing your home.

Had a wonderful Labor Day weekend stay with our family (4 plus dog) at this beautiful property. Fantastic location right at the northern tip of the island...quiet, great views of ocean/inlet, and just a short walk to the beach.Backyard space is amazing...fully fenced, private pool, large covered area for grilling/eating/lounging. Made for a very relaxing spot to unwind in the evenings.The house and furnishing are all nice and new. Very comfortable upstairs kitchen and living space is well-equipped with everything you need.Enjoyed a very smooth booking process with friendly, responsive hosts. We would happily book this property again!

Sara and Jeremy have a gorgeous home and we loved staying here. This was our first time to topsail and we will be back! We loved how quiet it was and peaceful at night looking out at the stars across from the inlet. We loved having our coffee out on the deck and watching the sun rise/ storms roll in. Sara and Jeremy checked on us a few times and were very quick to respond if I had questions about anything. My little girls loved their room and playing in there and having movie nights too. The house is plenty spacious. Thank you both for a wonderful stay

By far, the house was the nicest and cleanest Topsail experience we have ever had. The heated pool made a huge difference in the kids enjoyment of the week - which helped the adults. No crowds at the beach, the tide pools were fun for the kids to chase fish. The kitchen had everything we needed - which says a lot because we eat all of our meals at the house. The living room is spacious, the tv size is perfect for movie night. A short drive to Bada Bing for Italian ice was a favorite afternoon excursion. Jeremy and Sara were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. We wish every experience was this great!

We traveled with our three adult children, their wives and our two small grandchildren and my mother -and the house was perfection! We loved the sunsets and sunrises , the pool was an amazing place to hang out and we even did s'mores by the fire pit! ( an added bonus) The one thing we were not really aware of was the condition of the beach closest to the house-the one beach area was covered in sandbags, due to erosion and the other area was a "no swimming area". We did do walks in this area but did not spend the day here. It was not a big deal to us though, we loaded our truck and went to beach access 42, as advised by a local-and spend every day here. There was hardly anyone at the beach and we found loads of shark teeth! Only downside was paying 25 a day to park. We had the best week and have already said we would love to stay in this house again! Thank you Jeremy for a beautiful rental and being a great host!
