Very nice Pool, Great view, clean,full kitchen, very organice, Good work out gym, beutiful locación, we walk all around the area do some grocery shopping,dining, cafés shopping mall in more, 5 min. walking to the Beach.we defenily back again.. Great Hostess.

Beautiful & Thoughtful: A lovely stay

Inna is a pleasure to communicate with and we enjoyed our 4th stay at the Regatta and our 2nd at Inna's condo. Hers is definitely the most well-stocked with every thoughtful touch and needed item you can think of, from first-aid supplies to paper products to oil/salt/pepper to all the beach/pool gear you could ever need for all ages, to games and a waffle maker. The condo is clean, spacious, updated, and a true delight. There is covered parking and luggage carts too. The walk to the beach is just a few blocks. It can get crowded at the main part, but if you turn right on Gulf Shore Drive, there is beach access about 1/10 of a mile down on the left. We had lots of room to ourselves down there! Thank you Inna for a lovely stay!

Wonderful!

Our stay was so wonderful. Truly enjoyed every minute— the location of the property and proximity to the beach was ideal. Short 7 min walk to Vanderbilt beach, where the access was great. This unit was the most well stocked unit we’ve ever stayed at. It had every appliance, utensil and additional paper goods we could need and a robust supply of extra towels. Cleanliness was 10/10. Would absolutely return and highly recommend!

It really is the perfect place

Inna had everything you could imagine and more. So many towels. Which is always a plus in my books. The beds were very comfortable. The view was nice. The walk to the beach was short. If you want to drive the public parking garage is close. She communicated everything to us well. We really enjoyed our stay. My only complaint was the visitor Hurricane Milton. He could have stayed away.

Toller Aufenthalt

Alles super, Kommunikation mit Inna im Vorfeld ist perfekt, man erhält alle Informationen vor dem Aufenthalt und während. Die Wohnung ist mit allem und mehr ausgestattet. Der Strand ist in 6 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Mann hat sollte dort die Sonnenuntergänge beobachten.

This condo was amazing and Inna is amazing. Her condo was well stocked for a family with anything we could need. Location was great and the resort was well kept. If we visit Naples, we will stay here again.

Great Naples condo!

Fantastic condo in a great location. It was well furnished with a great attention to detail taken to ensure that you had everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The pool and grounds were well maintained and spacious. We would definitely stat there again.

Great condo!!

Loved the condo!! So clean, easily accessible to all areas of the property. Well stocked with everything! Only suggestion we would make is that room darkening drapery would be helpful. With all the lighting around the pool and property, it is not dark enough for sleeping at night.

Blissful Condo Near the Beach

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Inna's condo. We have never experienced such a well stocked and cared for rental home. In addition to being quite spacious, all of the furniture was very comfortable. I really enjoyed relaxing on the lanai with a book. The pool was immaculate and perfect for our kids. If you're traveling with young children I would strongly recommend Twinkle Twinkle Little Store for renting baby gear. Inna reached out to them directly and provided all of the info that they needed to set things up before our arrival. Throughout the entire experience Inna had everything taken care and was always a text away if we needed her. The beach is a short walk from the condo. A grocery store and other helpful resources are all a short drive away. I can't recommend Inna's place enough, we can't wait to return!

Great Condo & Location

Exactly as advertised.. spacious, spotless & spectacular. Filled with everything you would possibly need, hot rollers, a shower seat, boogie board, etc. Fabulous location 2 blocks from the beach.. CVS & Publix. 2 minutes away. Beautiful pool with waterfall. Would stay here again in heartbeat.,

Gorgeous sunsets at Vanderbilt Beach

We loved our stay at the Regatta! Inna is a fantastic host and before we even got there she was very responsive and helpful. Getting to the condo was very easy and instructions provided were very accurate and easy to follow. The condo itself was very nice, beautifully decorated and well laid out. The condo has a fantastic view of the beach and stunning sunsets and is truly a 5 min walk to the beach. Inna has gone above and beyond to make it easy for those staying here - we have three kids under 10 and we felt super relaxed and comfortable here. The kids loved the pool which was just an elevator ride down, the location is super convenient with tons of options for food and entertainment. Inside the condo, the owner had all necessities well stocked, items around were carefully labelled so you didn’t have to guess and could feel truly at home. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here in the future!

What a wonderful place!

This vacation was a very important one for me and the kids, and we’ve never been to Naples before. In choosing this condo, we went off the reviews and photos that were given online, and everything was TRUE and PERFECT as shown. This condo is gorgeous! It’s clean! It was perfectly stocked for our needs! The rooms were perfect! The balcony view is great! And the beach is just a few blocks away! And the pool was amazing! We would totally stay here again! Great job, Inna!

Naples Paradise

After booking the apartment with VRBO we contacted the host Inna who always responded very quickly to all our queries and was incredibly helpful.The apartment was absolutely stunning,modern in decor and spotless with lots of thoughtful extras,even a very delicious bottle of red wine to greet us on the kitchen island.Both the lap pool and the resort pool were quiet and very clean and the beach was wonderful .Great amount of good quality towels and chairs and even a beach cart so you didn’t have to carry anything.Beautiful sunsets sitting on the lanai watching the ocean and everyone in the complex was friendly and really made us feel at home .Lots of good restaurants close by and two excellent supermarkets.We are very sad to leave and cannot wait to come back. .Carmella and Peter Gosling

Lovely condo in a beautiful area of Naples

My husband and I and two of our children had such a nice week spent in this beautiful, clean and nicely decorated condo. We were very appreciative of the owner supplying her guests with all the essentials needed when not in their own home. We highly recommend staying here.

Cute, comfortable and cozy

The condo is truly amazing. We visited after the area was hit by the hurricane and the damage to the area was heart breaking. I would love to visit again sometime in the future when all the repairs to the building have been completed. I had made plans to visit Vanderbilt Beach months before the area was hit by the hurricane and after the storm, debated if I still wanted to travel to the area. Inna was great. She answered all my questions right away. She visited the area right after the hurricane hit and let me know about the damage sustained by the building and the surrounding area. After much debate I decided I still wanted to get away so I did. The condo has everything you could possibly think of to enjoy your stay. The beach access was closed while we were there but we saw beach chairs and toys available to use in the condo. The pool was closed during our stay but we saw people working every day on the building to get everything back up and running. There is a list of restaurants in the area in the condo. We tried two of them and was very pleased. The beds were so comfortable I want to buy the same set for my home. The kitchen was well stocked and the weather was perfect during our stay, we ate all our meals outside on the deck. During our stay we visited the Everglades and had a wonderful time. I hope I can visit the area again and stay in this beautiful condo.

Arguably the best VRBO

We had the best time at Inna's place! They had everything you could possibly need for the beach (chairs, towels, cup holders, boogie board, noodles, cooler, umbrella). The kitchen is incredibly stocked, and the rooms are so nice and comfy. On top of all of this, Inna was a fantastic host and accommodated for everything we needed! I would only stay here again when I come to Naples.

Great Beach Getaway

We have been to Naples several times and once again had a great time. This property is a short walk to Vanderbilt Beach, which meant that we did not have organize group schedules for going to the beach. We rented a car but might have been able to do without. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. The Regatta is a secure, well maintained community. We took advantage of a beautiful pool with jacuzzi but did not use the gym that is also available. Inna was a wonderful host who showed great concern for our comfort.

Far Exceeded Expecations

Inna and her family are the rare exceptions to owners who really deliver a great experience via their rental property. Their location at the Regatta is great with great resort amenities and proximity to beach, restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. The condo is in immaculate condition with comfortable beds and well thought out furniture both in the living areas and screened in porch. Furthermore, the unit is fully "overstocked" w/ paper goods, spices, coffee filters, trash bags, etc...etc.. There was even a welcome bottle of wine upon our arrival. We have rented lots and lots of vacation properties all over the world and without a doubt, this unit was a top notch memory!

Great Space

This location was perfect for our family getaway! Inna had the place FULLY stocked. Plenty of towels, paper goods and cleaning supplies. Well stocked kitchen with everything you could need. Furniture was all new and in great shape. Regatta is in a perfect location. Close to the beach, fantastic pool. Would HIGHLY recommend this property.

Best beach condo in Naples!!

This condo is fully stocked with anything and everything you would possibly need to feel at home while also being pampered at the beach. The beds are extremely comfortable too! We have stayed at several of the condos in the Regatta community and this is by far our favorite. We can’t wait to return!

We reside north of Boston and never thought of buying in Florida. During our first visit to the Naples area, our minds were changed. We purchased this condo shortly after visiting and falling in love with Naples and the Vanderbilt Beach. Our "home away from home" has been our "happy place" ever since. We always look forward to family vacations here at least twice a year. We love our condo and do our best to make our guests feel welcomed and comfortable.

This property is so convenient to everything we like...the beach, fine and casual dining, shopping, etc. So much to do. We also appreciate the fact that it is in an upscale area with a more sedate and relaxing environment as compared to some other regions of Florida.

Great weather, short walk to Vanderbilt beach and proximity to several other beaches. A short drive to several airports or other cities, like Miami, Fort Lauderdale or Fort Myers, for a change-of-pace.
