Come visit our 3 bedroom, 2 bath single family home in Deluna Village and relax in our professionally decorated Courtyard Villa while enjoying everything The Villages has to offer.
Our beautiful, fully furnished model home is private and quiet with a fenced in backyard with a view of the large Oak trees behind the home. View the video of this home with link below. It is nearby Water Lily Golf Cart Bridge. Brownwood Square is only 8 minutes away by golf cart and the popular "Edna's on the Green" entertainment/food area is a short drive by included golf cart or auto. And the new Harry and the Natives waterfront restaurant is a short 4 minute drive by Golf Cart. The Water Lilly Rec Center is 1/5th of a mile away where you can swim in the family pool, play Pickleball and Bocce ball. Several Villages Golf courses are under 5 miles away and gorgeous hiking/biking trails are very close by.
This Courtyard Villa is the perfect location in The Villages with all the comforts of home. With 3 large bedrooms including 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, along with 2 bathrooms featuring a walk-in shower and bathtub, This luxury property offers everything you need for a terrific stay. The owners purchased this model home in January 2025 from The Villages developer in the fabulous and naturally beautiful Village of DeLuna. This is a 55+ Community but all are welcomed here. The Villages Guest Passes are available at no extra charge. Golf courses may charge a small fee unless you opt for the $50 one-time Life Style Pass for easier golf reservations during your stay. Come visit the Friendliest Hometown in Florida at The Villages. Two golf carts available May thru December.

I enjoy playing and coaching Pickleball especially beginners. I love for visitors to come and explore all that The Villages has to offer. It is an amazing place with so much to do.
It has been so rewarding renting our place out to enjoy a wonder vacation and a great location to check out The Villages, Florida.

Location, location, location. Natural beauty and close to so many amenities. Golf, Pickleball, Bocce, Tennis, Walking Trails, Family Pool, Adult Pool, Disc Golf course etc.
Edna's on the Green and the Brownwood Town Center are 2 of my favorites for the nightly music along with wonderful food & drink options.

It was a model home built in 2020 for The Villages Properties so the decor is fantastic. The large oaks behind our Courtyard Villa are beautiful and has a large, private courtyard on the side and back of the home. So close to all the fun. I just love the feel of the Deluna Village area and its natural beauty. It is one of the highest priced areas in The Villages, but oh so worth it.
The 2 seater Golf Cart included makes it convenient and fun to get around. Just need to sign the waiver.
The home is near the end of a dead end street so is very quiet and with privacy.
