During your stay, none of these issues were reported to us. We offer full guest support during every reservation and strongly encourage our guests to reach out immediately if any inconvenience arises. This allows us to resolve issues promptly, as long as they are within our control. Regarding the supplies, our listing clearly outlines that the cleaning company provides a set of starter items to begin your stay. After those are used, it is up to guests to replenish according to their personal needs. As for the plumbing notice, the property is located in a mountain area with a sensitive septic system. The check-in instructions sent both one month prior to arrival and again on the day of check-in explain this in detail. We're sorry to hear that this information may have been overlooked, but we do everything possible to ensure guests are well-informed ahead of time. We also understand your concern about the driveway. The steep incline is mentioned in the listing, and while most vehicles manage it without issue, we recommend driving slowly and carefully, especially with lower-clearance vehicles. We take all feedback seriously and strive to continuously improve. While we regret that your stay wasn't perfect, we're glad you still found the property nice and appreciated our support.
