Cottage w/ hot tub 15min to Windham & Catskill

Enjoy the old charm of a cottage originally built in the 1700s while also enjoying the perks of a completely updated home with new amenities.

We are 15 minutes to Windham Mtn and downtown Catskill , 20 minutes to Hunter Mtn.

During the summer you can enjoy the above ground pool with a deck or the screened in back porch off the cottage. Hot tub is open all year round. There are yard games, tree swings and a basketball hoop to enjoy with family and friends

Please note that this is a very old home. If you are over the height of 6'1" you will need to duck through doorways and the beams in the kitchen. The average height of ceiling is 6 1/2ft. While the home has been renovated it is still old, there are cosmetic imperfections.

Cottage is located in a leaf peepers dream. Ask us where the best places are to enjoy the amazing colors of fall.
The property is not shared. The White House is where you stay, the two red buildings on the property are barns used for storage only.

-It is a standing Shower

The house is centrally located for some of the best restaurants, shops and hiking spots. If you’re not familiar with the area let us know and we can recommend places for you

Below are a few rules of bringing a pup with you

-must be potty trained
-cannot be left unattended in home
-cannot be up on furniture
-no feces can be left on lawn
-not allowed in pool or hot tub


Guests over 4 are charged $20 per guest per night
NO smoking or vaping inside, hot tub or on deck by pool. Please dispose of any cigarette butts. Additional fee will be charged if they are not disposed of

DO NOT park under black walnut tree or your car will get dented from falling walnuts
