Escape to Oceanfront Oasis—a peaceful, pet-friendly Rockaway Beach condo steps from the sand. Enjoy stunning ocean views from two private balconies, a king suite with soaking tub, and a cozy second bedroom. Relax in the stylish living room, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, and unwind to the sound of the waves. Walk to town for dining and shops, or explore nearby trails, lakes, and the scenic coastal railway.



Guests will enjoy full privacy and self-check-in, but we’re only a message or call away for anything you need during your stay. Our team is local and happy to help with recommendations, special requests, or anything that helps make your trip memorable.

Nestled along Oregon’s iconic coastline, Rockaway Beach offers seven miles of sandy shores, cozy cafes, and friendly local shops.
Outdoor lovers will enjoy whale watching, kayaking, hiking, and fishing nearby. Ride the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad for a nostalgic coastal journey or venture 15 minutes north to Manzanita for boutique shopping and art galleries. Tillamook’s famous Creamery and Nehalem Bay State Park are also close by—making this a perfect base for your coastal adventure.

Guests have full access to the condo, private balconies, parking area, and shared outdoor spaces. Enjoy direct beach access via the nearby path, plus an easy walk or short drive to downtown Rockaway Beach.

We stayed for 6 nights and it was a very pleasant experience. Everything was clean & the kitchen was fully stocked. Great view of the ocean. Nice & cozy after a long day hiking in the wind and rain.

The condo itself was in very good condition. It was tastefully decorated and updated. The view from the living room and kitchen were excellent and close proximity to the beach.The price for the condo was reasonable. It was the cleaning fees for one night or a bit excessive.I think it should be noted that the elevator is no longer work. This was not a problem for us.We would stay there again and we do recommend it

Condo was very clean and well equipped. It was secluded and had extremely easy access to the beach. It was a little far to walk to shops and restaurants, but that was actually a bonus for us. Great spot to venture to areas both north and south.

View was gorgeous. One of the few places in the building without broken windows. Only complaint is the light switch situation in the main bedroom/bathroom. No way to have light in the toilet without lighting up the bedroom.

Wonderful stay again

My fiance and I have stayed here three times now and it's always lovely! I especially love the added touches like little snacks and the flowers and welcome card. Very nice, personal touch. Location is fantastic, kitchen has everything you need and the view is wonderful. We'll be back!

We had to find a place to stay very last minutes. I sent a request, and I received the answer quickly. So luckily we got this place on the day of our vacation. The house was cute and clean. Its right in front of Rockaway beach. We enjoy rth

This unit is right on the beach, as advertised, with a nice path to the sand. We had a wonderful time and could barely drag my grandson off when it was time to go! The unit has been completely remodeled and is beautiful, but the outside of the building is under construction, so there is noise from that and it looks pretty bad from the outside. But as I said, the unit itself is lovely.

Beautiful decorated and super clean! The views are fantastic and the short walk to the beach is easy right out the door. The host has fantastic communication, checked in after our first night to make sure everything was to our expectations. The bed was comfortable and plenty of pillow choices. Cupboards were stocked with everything you need to stay in if you prefer. All the comforts of home! We absolutely loved this place and are so happy with our decision to stay here.
