HOUSE RULES:
-Renter must be 25 years or older, have a valid credit card, and be present for the entire stay.
-Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets.
-No smoking/vaping allowed on the premises.
-No parties - quiet hours 10:00pm-7:00am
-The guests reserved are the only ones allowed on property unless given permission ahead of time.
-No glassware by the pool. We have provided ample outdoor drinkware, please use it!
-No diving, no lifeguard on duty; guests assume their own risk

SECURITY CAMERAS:
For the safety of our property, we have outdoor cameras in the carport/driveway/backyard areas for security purposes only. We do not look at the footage unless there is a security issue. Your privacy and security are very important to us. Please message us if you have any additional questions.

**A $500 refundable security deposit is required and will be collected via our API connected property management system, Hospitable.
This is standard for all guests and helps cover any potential damage or policy violations. You'll receive a secure link and instructions after booking
The deposit will be collected two days before check-in and released two days after check-out if no damage is reported. Failure to complete the deposit process may result in cancellation.

***This house is privately owned and managed; the owners assume no liability for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. It is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests should be aware that the pool, spa, and surrounding patios can be dangerous.
