Alt nyt i 2017 vil dette spektakulære feriehus ved havet overgå dine forventninger! Ingen detaljer er overset ved at give en fantastisk havudsigt plus alle de ekstra faciliteter, du har søgt efter. Beliggende på Surfside Beach, kun 5 miles syd for Myrtle Beach International Airport, er dette hjem fuldstændigt ombygget, renoveret og professionelt dekoreret i rolige havglasfarver lige i tide til feriesæsonen 2017. Det er ideelt til familier og har 4 soveværelser / 4 badeværelser (alle med fladskærms-tv og badeværelse tilstødende eller vedhæftet) og et børnevenligt hems med eget fladskærms-tv. Atlantic Dawn kan rumme op til 14 personer. Sengetøj leveres uden ekstra omkostninger. Alt hvad du har brug for hjemmefra er dine egne badehåndklæder!

Atlantic Dawn sidder direkte på uberørt Surfside Beach og giver en spektakulær havudsigt! Nyd den atlantiske solopgang og din morgenkaffe på havdækket. Tilbring dagen på stranden ved at gå ned ad den private strandpromenade, der løber direkte fra dit dæk over sandklitten til brændingen. Eller nyd en afslappet dag ved den private pool.

Til picnic er der en gasgrill og en kulgrill og borde og stole i haven ved siden af stranden. Til havsobservation er der en klitopdel.

Om aftenen kan du gå kun 5 blokke op ad stranden og restauranterne og nattelivet på Surfside molen, eller hvis du foretrækker det, kan du spise ude på en af en lang række restauranter, der ligger kun 5 minutters kørsel væk. Endelig skal du afslutte din aften med at slappe af i dit eget hot tub under stjernerne!

I de tidspunkter, hvor du gerne vil spise i, er det veludstyrede køkken udstyret med apparater i rustfrit stål, bordplader af granit og en separat ismaskine med køkkenbord og et vinkøleskab samt alle små apparater og køkkenredskaber, som du Jeg bliver nødt til at forberede gode hjemmelavede måltider.

The property was absolutely perfect for us! Kitchen was perfectly stocked with cookware. The proximity to beach and pool were perfect. Bridge to beach was so easy and restaurants so close!

Great location and house

Our family stayed here for a week and our stay was great! The house is right on the beach and ocean is steps away. The private pool is an added plus! The owner is extremely responsive and a great host from the day I booked the stay all the way through the vacation!

Amazing vacation house

My family and I absolutely love Atlantic Dawn. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and has all the amenities that we could want. The pool and hot tub are perfect as well as the beach and views. I can't say enough about the house and the wonderful owners. We just got home and already can't wait till next year's stay!

Right on the Beach

This house gave us everything we wanted - a wonderful, super clean house in a nice area that is literally right on the beach! Throw in your own private pool and hot tub, great restaurants close by and owners that give you everything you need to enjoy your stay and it was a lovely beach week for our family. Highly recommend!

2025 vacation

Everything was wonderful. The owners were very helpful and informative. We liked the layout allot. You can walk straight to the beach from the deck. Pool was kept clean and there was plenty of room for everyone. One perk we really liked was the ice machine to fill our coolers! Excellent!!

Excellent Property for Beach vacation

This property was excellent for our Beach Vacation with Family. The pics are true to what is stated online. It had always been my dream to stay in a house on the Beach. We enjoyed our stay so much. Family vacation

Pictures speak a 1000 words. As represented, we really enjoyed our stay. Property owners were excellent to work with. We encountered the aftermath of Hurrican Ian and had a few hiccups but overall, my family has said we will return to this destination again.

Great Place!

Atlantic Dawn is a great place! The pictures on VRBO were totally accurate and the location of house to the ocean was perfect for our family vacation. Having a pool to relax at after the beach was also a definite plus as the kiddos liked to move from the ocean to the pool constantly. There was plenty of space for our nine people and the kids loved the bunk beds. I’d also like to add that having an ice maker was definitely appreciated! We will totally book this property again!

Beach Heaven!

This is a beautiful property right on the beach with a large pool and hot tub. It is well kept, clean, and stocked with everything you need. Molly and Paul responded quickly to our questions and our family of 13 loved it so much that we booked for 2022 during our stay! It was the first time I rented a private house for our annual family vacation rather than staying at a resort and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you Paul and Molly for a memorable vacation!

Atlantic Dawn & Surfside Beach- My Daughters new favorite place!

We had a fabulous week with our family at Atlantic Dawn, the property was everything as described. The house has a great floor plan with plenty of room.The pool and spa was a nice feature that the grandkids loved. They have plenty of beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas and toys for the kids at the beach. Paul and Molly had some great recommendations for restaurants and If you enjoy seafood and enjoy cooking the Seven Seas Seafood Market is the place to go. We definitely plan on going back again and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to have a great oceanfront vacation!

A gem of a rental

Beautiful, clean rental. Stocked with everything you could need. We always roll into town with a carful of stuff, but probably could have packed a bag of clothes and nothing else and done just fine. Owners were very helpful - answering questions prior to the trip and resolving a pool hiccup while we were there. I’d recommend this house to anyone!

Amazing house Beautiful Beach

We are so impressed with the owners of this VRBO! They were available to answer all our needs making sure our stay was the best it could be! The house was amazing and immaculate! The extra beach chairs, tent, boogie boards ect were top notch and greatly appreciated. The sunrise from the front porch was amazing ! The views of the ocean from the living space were amazing! We would recommend this rental to all considering a beach stay. We had 11 people and plenty of room for all! Thanks so much for all you do and the extras you put into your rental home!

Beautiful house

The house was absolutely beautiful and had incredible views of the ocean. I would say the only bad thing is the location. If your a light sleeper bring a noise maker as your super close to your neighbors and we’re had some very loud ones way into the night hours. But besides that the pool and hot tub were a hit with my kids. Not having to worry about being bathing towels and bed stuff was really nice when it came to packing.

A perfect week

First, I want to say that the owner of this property is easily the best I have ever worked with. Responsive, helpful and always available, Paul was really great to work with. The house was immaculate. It was clean, well appointed and the location was perfect for our needs. We were able to sit on the balcony every morning and watch the sunrise. Any time of day it was a perfect view with the sounds of the Atlantic in the background. The heated pool was great and despite a few hiccups, which were more than made up for by the owner, we were able to make use of it every day. The area is really nice and the restaurants that were recommended by the owners were mostly really good. Drunken Jack's in Murrel's Inlet was easily the best. All in all when I say that this was a perfect spot and a perfect week I am not exaggerating. Thanks again to the Ritcheys and we will be back!

Family Is Everything

This was such a wonderful time spent with my children and grandchildren. I had promised my dear mother one more beach trip this Summer but after a courageous battle with cancer she just could not hold on. Family was everything to her and the best tribute was our time spent together this past week as she would have loved. The home and ocean view are just lovely and I so enjoyed memories of mom as I rocked on the back deck watching the waves, hearing the breaking waves and laughed as I watched my sweet young grandchildren playing in the pool below. Molly was so kind and patient helping my son with our contract. The home is exactly as pictured and the view is spectacular. A pleasant surprise was the umbrella/chairs set up on the beach each morning for our rental home. I highly recommend this home for families. The bedrooms are all upstairs so if anyone is older or has problems climbing stairs this may be something to consider. My family has raved on Facebook and posted pictures of our visit in this home so I feel blessed to have provided a wonderful vacation for my family. Just a wonderful house and area for families and those hoping to avoid the Myrtle Beach party scene.

We're so sorry to hear of your loss, Julie. I hope your time at the beach with your family was both relaxing and healing for all of you. On any future trips, please keep in mind that both of our other homes (Atlantic Breeze and Above the Mango Deck) have first floor bedrooms with a bathroom attached or adjacent. This option saves older folks or those with mobility issues from having extra stairs to climb. Again, thanks for choosing our home. Have a great rest of your summer!

Everything you need for a stay at the beach

We rent a house every year and now we found the perfect one. It checked all the boxes for us… A porch from which to watch the ocean, A dinner table that seats eight and a living room that also accommodates eight comfortably, a pool, a hot tub, not a long long walk out to the beach and a kitchen that is fully stocked with anything you would need to prepare meals at the beach. The owners are terrific to work with and we no longer have to look for a new place every year!

The things in life that are most precious to us are our family and the memories we build while vacationing together. After years of dreaming of owning property at the beach, our family finally found the perfect 'home away from home' in “Atlantic Breeze” In 2016 we also acquired “Atlantic Dawn” Immediately adjacent to Atlantic Breeze, we have spent many hours working on our homes and have put a lot of 'blood, sweat and tears' into making this 2-home compound a vacation getaway we're proud of and know you'll enjoy!


We're land-locked Ohioans who dream year-round of spending time at the beach. We have found that no matter what the season, the mild climate and magnificent ocean views of Surfside Beach allow us to unwind and spend quality time together.

We've been blessed to travel and see the world and yet we find our beach house the haven we all long to visit where we can just relax and enjoy spending time together.

We chose this beach home in Surfside Beach simply because it offers our family the best of everything! Great weather, year 'round, and a perfect location for golf, tennis, swimming and sailing! We're away from the traffic snarls, high-rise hotels and chaos of Myrtle Beach, with a front door opens onto the pristine sands of Surfside beach.
Within a 10 minute drive, we have a wide variety of golf courses, great dining, shopping and every imaginable family activity. We're also just 5 miles away from Myrtle Beach International Airport, yet we're in the middle of the quiet oasis of Surfside Beach, a friendly community that caters to families who just want to spend quality time together in a beautiful, safe, and peaceful environment. There is a true sense of pride in this community and a small-town friendliness that is warm and welcoming.
