Guest will access the property from the rear of the house. There is an electronic lock. A code will be sent to you the morning of your arrival. There is a full flight of steps to the main living area of the home, which is all on one level.

We respect your privacy and will only come by if we have permission. We are available 24/7 for emergencies: such as lockout, fire, flood, AC issue, violation or injury. Please call 911 as needed, then text and call. Please notify us by text of any other issues or maintenance problems.

In the case of a neighbor or police complaint the following protocol will be followed:
1) I will call and text the primary guest to notify you of the complaint. I will only speak with the primary guest.
2) I will come by the property to do a walk-through inspection. I will need to speak with the primary guest at that time.

In most cases you will be allowed to stay. If there are any further complaints you will be asked to leave without reimbursement.

Bay Breeze on Tybee is located in the north-end of the island on the bay of the Savannah River. This is wonderful location for quieter waters, watching dolphins play, and the ships slowly make their way up the river to the Port of Savannah, one of the busiest ports in the United States. The beach access is across the street at the corner of Byers and Bay Streets, just steps away from the front door of the bungalow. This bungalow is in a residential street, across from the Savannah Beach and Racquet Club, located within walking distance of Hucapoos Booze and Bites, our local watering-hole for pizza and drinks. You can`t visit Tybee without a slice of pizza from Huc`s! You are also able to travel by bike or golf cart to the remainder of the island for more options on dining and shopping. This is a wonderful location for guests that prefer a quieter more relaxing experience.

North beach is quiet area great for bike riding or golf carts. Our golf carts come with a Tybee Island parking pass. There is parking for 4 vehicles in the rear of the home, the driveway for that is on Byers St. Please make sure not to block any other driveways. Parking on Tybee is pay-to-park everywhere 8AM to PM every day. I recommend downloading the TYBPark app for easy pay. When traveling to Savannah, they have an app ParkSAV makes it really easy.
