Se solnedgangen hver aften ved siden af din glitrende infinity-pool eller dine balkoner med soveværelser, som har udsigt over Gulf de Papagayo. Masser af udemøbler til alle!

Dette hjem er fuldt udstyret med kvalitetsmøbler, kabel-tv og trådløst internet. Det store køkken har alle hjemmets faciliteter inklusive opvaskemaskine, mikroovn osv. Hvert værelse er udstyret med individuelle AC-fjernbetjeningsenheder til personlige præferencer. Det har plads til 6 personer i dets 3 soveværelser (master har en kingsize-seng, 2. har en queensize-seng og den tredje har 2 enkeltsenge) og har en udtrækssofa i stuen til ekstra 2 personer. Det store soveværelse har eget bad med jacuzzi.

I bunden af bjergskråningen og en del af dette samfund ligger et lille kommercielt centrum, der tilbyder en luksuriøs spa, et lille teater og en populær bar / restaurant. Gæsterne har også brug af det fælles poolområde med vandrutschebaner, snackbar og et minigolfområde

Det er en 15 minutters gang til den verdensberømte playa hermosa strand fra bunden af bjergsiden.

We had an amazing stay in Playa Hermosa. This house is beautiful and the pictures are exactly what the home looks like. If I could change anything it would be to have adult pool floats, there were alot of pool things for kids but would have loved to just be able to float in the pool. Definitely recommend getting an SUV to get up the hill to the home.Don't let the lack of reviews deter you as this home also gets rented out directly through the property manager..

Our stay was amazing! The views from the house were incredible. The house is open and airy. It has everything you need. The pool is the perfect size. We are a family of four. We were very comfortable. The house is in the perfect location to view all of Playa Hermosa and easy to get everywhere. Corby, the property manager is wonderful! We were 3 hours late arriving and she was there when we finally made it. She is full of information and very thoughtful. We would definitely stay here again.

Best View!

The stunning view of the ocean on a mountain side is the highlight of the house along with the infinity pool. This makes the house! Good beach town and house is large as has most of what you need. Only suggestion would be if the house had a book with helpful info like suggestions for local restaurants, excursions, etc.

Fun at the beach

Enjoyed the beach, walking to the property was a challenge and keep us on our toes. Car is needed. View from the house was very nice.

Terrific view

The house was extremely clean, kitchen and utensils were the best we've ever had. Views and the infinity pool are wonderful but the house needs some refreshing. Our property manager, Corby was really terrific with communication and local information.

This is a lovely home with exceptional views, a private pool and a great floor plan. The whole home was just a pleasure and we enjoyed our time there immensely. We highly recommend it!

What a view!

This villa is perfectly located, looking over Playa Hermosa. Ideally situated to easily explore the whole area. The villa is well provisioned, extremely private and the infinity pool is such a welcome addition, especially after a day at the beach. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful Property

The house was perfect. The pool very refreshing and relaxing. The Playa Hermosa area has great restaurants and is 30 minutes from LIR. Working with the property manager, Corby, was great. We hope to be back.

Magnificient view

We were supposed to be two couples together during our stay at this nice house but my wife and I had to cancell. The informations I received from our friends about this property were very positive. Everything was perfect and even better than the pictures on VRBO. They were particularly amazed by the marvellous view from the house rooms and the large terrace. We highly recommend this property.

Extraordinary property in an amazing place!

The property has an excellent lay-out for a our family: parents, two daughters and one son. All the spaces in the house are very spacious. The swimming pool area is fantastic and is close to the barbacue area and an open dinning room. You will find all the details you will need to be confortable. We had lovely times here!!!

Amazing views

We were happy to stay in this villa! Breathtaking view from every window. House was well equipped and we had everything we needed. Pool water was refreshing during hot days. Fabulous Stay!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. The views are simply stunning! We loved so many things here - waking up to parakeets and parrots in the trees, hearing howler monkeys off in the distance, and watching the glorious sunsets, it was all magical. The house itself is wonderful, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen is spacious and well-appointed, and the outside space is so welcoming with comfortable furniture and a lovely pool. Fabulous

The property was beautiful. Corby, the property manager, was fabulous. She has a wealth of information about the area and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. She even arranged a whale watching tour for a group and included us plus We actually saw a few whales. We cannot wait to return.

Best stay ever!

We all agreed this was the BEST property we had ever rented anywhere. The house is perfect: roomy, well equipped, great A/C, comfortable beds/furnishings, reliable internet, nice neighborhood, and a million dollar view. We loved the pool & the beautiful landscaping. We had everything we needed to cook including a glass grill. The dishwasher, washer & dryer worked great. We stayed 8 days, were sad to leave & look forward to returning someday!

Lovely Week!

Overall, our week in Casa Pachote was lovely! It’s a very nice house and with nice amenities. We were traveling as a family to Costa Rica for the first time. In our party, we had three children ages (6, 11 & 13), my husband and myself and my 83 year old mother. The house worked perfectly for us. All the bedrooms are located upstairs with the main bedroom/bathroom on one side and two other bedrooms located down the hallway with a shared bathroom at the end of the hallway. Downstairs you have living/tv room, a kitchen table and spacious kitchen. The kitchen is very well equipped but lacked almost any kind of seasonings or oil. We even had to purchase salt and pepper while there. To the other side of the kitchen Is a utility room with a washer and dryer. From the first floor you can access the back patio which had several loungers, a gas grill and the infinity pool with the gorgeous view! We spent many evenings grilling and swimming in the pool and watching the spectacular sunsets! The house is located in a gated community and the drive up to the house is quite steep! However, we had no problems with it in our rental car and as we were instructed get some momentum as you drive up and you’ll be fine. The house is a few minutes drive from Playa Hermosa beach which we loved! It felt like a little oasis that was not overly touristic. We loved parking at Roberto’s, using their beach chairs and ordering drinks and food while we were at the beach. We rented boogie boards and the kids loved that! They also have nice bathrooms. Another perk is that there’s a small grocery store, Mercado Luperon, just a few minutes away and it was great to pick up a few items after a day at the beach. However, the larger grocery store, Auto Mercado, is located in Playa Coco. Corby, the house manager was easy to work with and while we did experience some issues like the middle bedroom A/C was out and had to be replaced and an alarm that went off in the middle of the night twice due to low batteries. But Corby was upfront about the A/C and was already in the process of getting it repaired and they responded quickly to the alarm issue the next day. Corby helped us coordinate a tour with Vargas tours. We had two incredible tours with them and can’t say enough about how knowledgeable and accommodating both Valeria, our tour guide and her driver, Carlos were. An excellent team! We would definitely stay at Casa Pachote and go on a Vargas tour again!!!

First time in Costa Rica

This is a very nice and well maintained house. The proximity to Liberia airport is a big plus. The property manager did a good job of getting us to the house and settled in. The house is well supplied, including the kitchen, but you will need to buy all paper products including toilet paper and paper towels. If you plan to cook meals, you need to plan on purchasing everything right down to salt and pepper. Only negative is there seems to be a problem with theft in the neighborhood. There are a lot of beautiful restaurants in the area, it does take a little digging to find them. I would definitely return.

Fabulous view and infinity pool

This is a modern home with incredible views from all over the house. We would have afforded and overall 5 star rating but for some problems that need addressing. We were frankly insulted upon arrival being presented a 7 page inventory list (down to a teaspoon) that required a signature. There was no way we were prepared to spend several hours of vacation time carrying this task out. For a location that is clearly meant for beach enjoyment, the provision of inexpensive beach chairs and toys would be nice. Likewise, with washing machine provided the simple provisioning of detergent would be a welcome gesture. Controls for downstairs A/C were inoperable. Double garage with owner vehicle occupying one space was off limits which is curious when an active alarm system is on premises indicating theft is a possibility. Though kitchen was very adequately furnished there were no basic supplies other than a limited supply of napkins and half a roll of paper towels. We would love to return, and though all of this might sound petty, when you are paying well for the stay expectations are high

Nice stay in Playa Hermosa

This is a good property which I would not hesitate to recommend to others. The view of the ocean from the deck and every window is simply stunning. The house is well equipped. Communications with Corby the Property Manager were prompt. All was good. One heads up. This house is on a very very steep hill. You can’t walk anywhere from the house. You must drive. It was no big deal but just be aware you can’t just walk to/from the house to the beach.

A Million Dollar View

You won't find a better ocean view, it was truly amazing. The home is beautiful, clean, and very well-appointed. The beds and furniture were refreshingly comfortable, and the layout is very spacious. The A/C was the best we've seen in Costa Rica. It was a nice treat to find a garage for our car. The neighborhood is gated with a full-time guard, and there's a nice little grocery a couple of blocks from the entrance. We enjoyed a fantastic boat ride while visiting Playa Hermosa. We saw a family of about 8 Humpback Whales from just feet away and then snorkled in a nearby bay. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The driveway is extremely steep, almost too steep for our rental car. Although we visited during the "high season" the pool was ice cold, so we weren't able to use it.
