LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.....as someone who lives in the area (but not on the bluff, it was a treat to sit on the porch for breakfast/coffee and afternoon drinks. We walked to a number of restaurants and cooked at home. Listed as 3 on-suite bathroom but really each of us (4) had our own bathroom as well as bedroom. The beds are incredible (very comfortable). Any issues we had, and reached out to the host, had a reply within minutes. Utilized every area of the property.

Felt like a home away from home for a multigenerational family staycation. House equipped with all essentials. Sweeping ocean views and located near many restaurants. We plan to return.

The beachfront home was in a great location in the heart of Encinitas. Lots of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. We will definitely be back.

Magnificent views! Just a short walk to Beacon's Beach. We body surfed, surfed, took surfing lessons, boogie boarded, and had a phenomenal time. The garage is loaded with stuff to take to the beach. Plenty of beach towels are in the house, and the sunsets from our deck are among the most beautiful in the world. Communication with the host was smooth and seamless. The living room and kitchen have wall-to-ceiling windows & sliders that feel like they bring the ocean into the property. When those slider doors are open all the way, it feels like you're sitting on the beach when you're in the living room. We watched baseball playoffs while listening to the crash of the surf. Wow!

The house was exactly as photographed. The location was key! .20 of a mile from the beach trail and lots of eateries and coffee shops all within walking distance. We did have a vehicle and parking at the Vrbo was adequate. We wouldn’t have needed a vehicle the area is very walkable friendly. We had to contact the host a couple of times for questions and they replied quickly. It was unseasonably warm and humid for our visit so not having AC was a little brutal in the common areas. Did have lots of fans amx each BR had some kind of AC unit. Would recommend.

Amazing house and view! Very clean and well-stocked. Nice to have so much parking. The patio is unbelievably - watching the surf and sunsets. Would love to visit again!!!

The views from this home were fabulous. The house had separate spaces with each bedroom. This was a great gathering space for our group. The rental company was very responsive and easy to work with. Restaurants and the beach were an easy walk from the property Thoroughly enjoyed the stay!

Perfect Stay

I chose the house for its amazing location overlooking the ocean and it did not disappoint on any level. The home was fully equipped, the check in and out process was seamless and everything was top rate. Honestly, we didn't need much contact with the property manager because we had everything we wanted. It was the perfect home for our family to reconnect and relax.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful Encinitas home. The views of the ocean are nothing short of breathtaking—whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee, watching the sunset from the deck, or just relaxing in the living room, the ocean is front and center.The house itself is clean, comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing beach getaway. It’s spacious yet cozy, with everything you need to feel right at home. One of the best parts is how close it is to the beach—just a short walk and you’re on the sand!The location couldn’t be better—peaceful and private, but still just minutes from great restaurants, shops, and all that Encinitas has to offer. Waking up to the sound of waves and falling asleep to the ocean breeze was an unforgettable experience.Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic coastal escape. We can’t wait to come back!

5 Stars - A Coastal Dream Come True!

From the moment we walked into this stunning home, we were blown away. The panoramic ocean views are the first thing you see—and they never get old. Every morning and evening we watched dolphins playing and surfers riding waves right from the comfort of the house. It felt like living inside a postcard.The two expansive decks were perfect for morning coffee, sunset dinners, and everything in between. The garden is beautifully maintained and adds a serene touch to the already peaceful setting.Inside, the house is just as impressive—spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated. And the beds? The most comfortable I’ve ever slept in—like sinking into a cloud after a day at the beach.We can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a luxury stay with unbeatable views and comfort, this is it.
