Welcome to your perfect desert retreat in central downtown Palm Springs! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers the ultimate blend of comfort, convenience, and style.
Unwind in the spacious living area with a cozy fireplace and cable TV, or step out onto your private patio to enjoy outdoor dining, lounge seating, and a BBQ grill. The patio offers direct access to multiple community pools and hot tubs—perfect for a refreshing dip or a relaxing soak under the stars. The primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom for added privacy, while the second bedroom is located on the other side of the condo for an added layer of separation. With one reserved covered parking spot and direct access to the condo, your arrival will be hassle-free—no gates or codes required!
Located within walking distance of the Palm Springs Convention Center and vibrant Palm Canyon Drive, you'll have easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Whether you're here for work or leisure, this well-appointed retreat is your ideal base to explore all that Palm Springs has to offer.
Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $500/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.
Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
There is a $199/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.
Additional Policies & Rules
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
