Velkommen til Mesquite Country Club, et smukt anlagt og vedligeholdt privat gated community i Palm Springs. Beliggende ca. 1 km fra centrum af Palm Springs og centralt beliggende til de andre ørken samfund, komplekset indeholder 3 swimmingpools med boblebade, 2 tennisbaner og ligger ved siden af golfbanen. 1 blok fra Ralphs, CVS, Starbucks, Nature Health Food og mange restauranter.

Denne rummelige øverste enhed med fantastisk udsigt over bjergene blev fuldstændig renoveret i 2017 og har tre fjernsyn, indbygget i vinbar, video arkade, i vaskemaskine / tørretumbler, alle nye apparater, to balkoner og NEST A / C og varmesystem.

Det nyindrettede køkken indeholder granit bordplader, alle nye rustfrit apparater, blender, kaffemaskine, brødrister ovn, panini maker og meget mere. Komplet med alt hvad du har brug for eller vil lave dit yndlingsmåltid.

Slap af på havemøblerne under paraplyen med din yndlingsdrik mens du kigger på de smukke bjerge, mødt af de mange kolibrier, der omgiver dig.

The hosts were amazing. John and Peter checked in frequently to see if we needed any supplies or to check on us after an earthquake. They informed us of anything going on in Palm Springs such as a bike race or Modernism Week that would affect us going downtown. Their service was way beyond anything we have ever experienced in other rentals.

The unit was spotless, updated throughout. Beds were comfortable, and large showers were a plus. Even the bath towels were plush. A short walk to our daily morning hike on Prescott preserve. Short drives to many hiking locations. Close to downtown Palm Springs for great restaurants and nightlife. Full kitchen with all supplies and everything needed for cooking. Peter was an excellent host, check-in was fast and easy and communication was great. Access to pools and whirlpools just steps away. Would recommend this for couples or families.

The unit was just as pictured online. Everything was immaculate, the bathrooms and kitchen were very spacious and high-end, the property manager Peter was friendly and accessible. Two balconies with mountain views and a great location made our stay convenient and very enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Unit was as advertised. Property manager Peter was very helpful during check in and followed up during our stay to verify that everything was ok with our stay. Stayed in a similar unit last year and really like the location and ease of getting around the Palm Springs area.

Beautiful condo in great location

Beautifully updated condo inside a lovely, gated complex with multiple pools and hot tubs. There are walking paths just behind the unit in a nature preserve being restored to native plants.

Pleasant 2-month stay at Mesquite

The unit was as advertised. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The furniture and bed were comfortable. The complex was quite with easy access to walking paths through the Prescot Reserve. The location was excellent with downtown Palm Springs just a few blocks away. Peter, who manages the property, was very attentive and informative. The only minor negative was when we arrived, both outside decks/patios were a mess with heavy dirt/dust and debris. Also, the gas grill was not cleaned and was a mess. I cleaned them up and notified Peter, who was apologetic and surprised cleaning staff had not cleaned them. Also, the outside of the windows could use cleaning.

Perfect Retreat in Palm Springs

This property is a lovely spot to stay in Palm Springs. The suite is spacious and well-appointed and it's in a perfect location for enjoying Palm Springs and the surrounding areas. Griffin, the host, is extremely nice and the Property Manager, Peter is helpful and responsive.

Fantastic property

Having stayed in this property before we were sure we would enjoy it again. It didn’t disappoint. There is everything you could wish for. All great fixtures and fittings and super clean! The property manager was super helpful…. Great communication, so easy access after a transatlantic journey was much appreciated… thank you Peter. We’re already looking at dates to return. 😊

Clean and Modern

Property is like new inside with beautiful well-appointed kitchen, freshly updated bathrooms and HD TVs with Netflix. Sofa is comfortable and the property is very quiet

Wonderful condo in great location

Condo was clean, spacious and well furnished. Right next to a former golf course that is now being converted to a Nature Preserve. Very quiet, peaceful and a great place to walk! Short drive to downtown Palm Springs. Peter was very helpful and responded to the few questions we did have promptly. Probably the nicest vrbo we've stayed at in the past several years. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Palm Springs Holiday

We travel to PS every December to visit family and this was our forst time in this property. It was a delightful, clean and quiet condo. Everything was as pictured and described on the site.The complex is close to downtown and all the major roadways we need to get around the entire area. We will return. Thank you for a great stay!

Comfortable Condo

We are frequent visitors to Palm Springs and found this condo to be among one of our favorite places to stay. Ideal location in a quiet comfortable setting. And, the Property Manager, Peter, provided excellent service and prompt response to our questions and requests.

Great Condo

This 2/2 condo was perfect for 2 couples on a golf getaway. The pictures represent the property well…no surprises. Beds were comfy, showers were great, kitchen had everything you could need. The location was great as well. Close to lots of amenities (golf courses, downtown Palm Springs, airport, etc.). We were concerned that we might hear the planes coming in and out because of its proximity to the airport but we never heard even one. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Golf getaway

My boyfriend and I have a great time at the property. So close to the airport and close to all the golf courses we played over the week. The bed was very comfortable and tons of storage space. We loved having our morning coffee on the outdoor patio furniture. Great kitchen too. Easy check in process and the property manager was so friendly and helpful with recommendations on restaurants etc. We can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you!

Peacefully happy

Lovely, updated fully stocked kitchen and extremely helpful manager. Pictures are accurate, all appliances and pots/pans needed. I’ve stayed at places that I had to bring paper towels and toilet paper too, not this place! It has it all!!!. Kleenex in ever room. Plenty of towels, for showers and pool side! It’s like staying at a friends house. Tv wasn’t complicated and manager gave good communication, quick to reply. We would stay here again, in fact we would buy it and all the furniture! Beds were firm but comfortable, couches were great. New air conditioning unit so it ticked all the boxes. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us.

Great location with nice mountain view

We very much enjoyed our 9 day stay. The property manager, Peter, was very informative and attentive. Unfortunately the dishwasher was out of order for our stay and with today's supply chain issues it couldn't be replaced while we were there; but we were satisfied with the owners' resolution of giving us a reasonable discount and Peter's thoughtful gift of a table book featuring Palm Springs mid century modern homes. You can tell they want their tenants to be happy! The condo is secure as it is in a gated community, is well located and well appointed, we love the mountain view, and the art work. We'll be back!

The unit was clean and updated with a lovely view of the mountains from the balcony. Basic supplies were ample which was much appreciated. Location was convenient to the best donut shop in town. Would definitely rent again in the future.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. As many other reviewers have stated this unit was very comfortable & clean. The children playing at recess was never a problem. Loved watching the Hummingbirds & hearing the frogs. I will comment on some other items the other reviews did not mention. This unit has real dishes, enough to host friends for a nice dinner. The bar is well stocked with any sort of stemware you could need. It also has plenty of towels, some for pool & some for inside. There was also plenty of cleaning supplies as well as laundry supplies, paper products, trash bags, foil, plastic wrap etc... Normally we have had to purchase most of this which does cost, only to leave it all behind. Oh, there were also blow dryers!! All of this is what I always stress over when packing, no worries here. Thanks for a great stay. Will we be back? Oh Yes!!!

Great 5-star VRBO property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. There are so many great aspects to this experience, beginning with the quiet, safe, gated condominium with three pools / hot tubs and the beautiful view of the impressive mountains to which we awoke every morning while drinking our coffee. This condo is on the second floor and because it is an end unit has lots of windows and sunlight, and two great balconies from which to view the world! It had all the amenities you could want: washer, dryer, great WiFi, and the condo is well stocked. Peter was delightful and met us at the property to show us around and answer questions. There is a walking path that begins behind the condo (used to be a golf course). Lots to do closeby - Joshua Tree National Park, the San Jacinto Tram, and tons of hiking trails. Don't miss the Village Festival every Thursday evening in downtown Palm Springs (1 1/2 miles from the condo). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo in this relaxing, friendly community. Thank you for allowing us the privilege of staying in your home.

Hello, I’m Griffin, thanks for looking at our wonderful condo. My sister and I are happy to share this Palm Springs getaway with you. I am a fitness trainer, and a music producer and DJ. Palm Springs has a calming effect, which is a wonderful place to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city.

Centrally located, just one mile from the heart of downtown. Only one block away is Ralph's Market and CVS Pharmacy. Swiss Donuts, which is amazing for donuts and breakfast sandwiches. Guacamole's for great Mexican food. Natures Foods for yummy date shakes and plenty of supplements as well. Many more restaurants and shops super close by.

Completely remodeled, from head to toe. This place is one of the most stunning units you’ll find in Mesquite Country Club. Very quiet unit with beautiful mountain views.
