Caballito del Mar – 2,600 sq. ft. of Beachfront Beauty on Los Muertos Beach
Santa Barbara is a uniquely designed 2600 square-foot beachfront beauty located right on Los Muertos Beach of the Romantic Zone, it is one of five units in this boutique complex. This condo has a great indoor/outdoor living space with lots of room for dining and lounging. This unit has air conditioning throughout and has two bedrooms with ensuites, televisions, and beachfront balcony access.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and everything else you would need to feel at home. There is also a bar, and a laundry room.
The building itself has overnight security, a large infinity pool overlooking the ocean and space to entertain.
Located in the highly desirable Amapas area, the unit is walkable to old town and Vallarta`s most well-known centro area.
IMPORTANT NOTICE! CONSTRUCTION NOISE
A new luxury condominium tower is under construction next door to this property. There will be various levels of construction noise heard from Monday to Friday 8 am - 6 pm and Saturdays 8 am - 2 pm. Noise and vibrations will be audible throughout the condo and terrace during construction. Construction noise will be most noticeable in the primary bedroom and bathroom which have windows directly facing the construction site.
We have adjusted our rental rates to reflect the current construction. The current rates reflect a 30% DISCOUNT to accommodate for this inconvenience. Please only rent this condo if you believe you can still have a five star experience with construction next door, given the discounted pricing.
Other things to note
STAIRS: This hillside condo is suited to guests who have no difficulty climbing stairs. A flight of stairs separates our building`s elevator lobby from the street level. There is an elevator from the lobby down to level three but the unit is located one level of stairs below this, with the common area pool. being a further two-levels down. Beach access is via a stairwell that goes right from the pool down to the beach.
- Upon booking we will request the full names of all permanent guests for the stay
- Upon check-in we will require each guest provide ID for identity confirmation.
- For the safety and security of the building, each permanent guest will be required to sign the condo and building bylaw forms upon checkin.
