56 Cafeto Unit 2 is located ideally close to Los Muertos Beach at the end of a cul-de-sac offering privacy in the heart of the Romantic Zone in the Old Town. Cafeto is a jam property hidden from the noise of the town but only steps away from the beach, the best restaurants, bars, shops, etc. The unit has about 30 steps to it from the street level.
The Condo is large, classically appointed, has many windows, outside patio and balcony. The kitchen has everything you may need for a comfortable vacation. Several convenience stores are within 2 - 4 short blocks and easy to walk to. The washer and dryer is inside the unit. The unit also has a balcony and covered outside patio.
At the roof terrace, you can enjoy BBQ, swim in the pool and enjoy the ocean view.
