The Space:
Soak up the plentiful sunshine and fresh salty air from the home’s deck, enjoying panoramic ocean views with a meal al fresco while you escape from reality amid the lush native landscaping. After long days exploring the community, soak your tired muscles in the private, bubbling hot tub, sipping on a relaxing glass of wine as you count the constellations in one of the most vibrant skies on the west coast.
As you venture away from the home to immerse yourself in the greater area, grab a bite to eat at one of many delicious restaurants serving up everything from fresh local fare to international delights, all with a side of gorgeous coastal views. The charming city of Gualala is only a 10-minute drive north, where you can discover even more outdoor activities, shopping, and dining.
Indoors, you’ll be immediately drawn in to the living room where large picture windows showcase the sweeping coastline and allow for bright, natural light to illuminate your downtime. Curl up on comfortable sofa and armchair seating while you leaf through the pages of a good book or stream all your favorite entertainment on the mounted smart TV. The desirable open floorplan creates organic flow into the kitchen, offering full-sized appliances alongside ample countertop space and cabinetry for preparation and storage of all your snacks and favorite homecooked meals. The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles. Parking and pool passes are required and will be located in the home upon arrival. Additional cars may be parked at the Grand Welcome office in Gualala.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 1 dog allowed. A flat pet fee of $150 will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pet.
• Fireplace not available for use.

The Sea Ranch facility reservations for pool, tennis and golf are available on the Sea Ranch Association website, while trails and beaches are open.
