POOL/PATIO- 16'X32' play pool (4' to 5') with shallow baja shelf and sleeves for volleyball net, 10 person hot tub, gas fire pit. Outdoor kitchen/bar has a gas grill, side burner, sink, mini-fridge, ice maker and rotating TV.

PROPERTY- Guests enjoy full, private access to the entire property. The property is 2.5 acres of AZ desert with lots of cacti (saguaros, ocotillos), trees, flowers, and animals such as quail, morning doves, hummingbirds, Arizona prairie dogs, bunnies, jack rabbits, roadrunners, coyotes, javelinas and even a rare bobcat. The back yard has a swimming pool, spa, firepit, seating and dining areas, and outdoor kitchen/complete with a gas grill, side burner, sink, mini-fridge, ice maker and rotating TV. The back yard is fenced in, but please watch small children if outside on the rest of the property.

ROOFTOP- A spiral staircase on the back patio leads to a large viewing area on the roof where you have 360 degree views of the mountains to the North, East and South, and the Phoenix skyline and sunset to the West. Please be careful and stay off the other roofs.

BEDROOMS- All bedrooms have TVs, ceiling fans, closets, hangers, extra pillows and extra blankets. Bedroom 1- Master suite with King bed, walk-in closet, soaking tub, rainfall shower with view of the mountains, and patio door to pool area. Bedroom 2- Master suite with King bed, walk-in closet, rainfall shower with view of the mountains, and patio door to pool area. Bedroom 3- Master suite with King bed, closet, rainfall shower and 2 picture windows, including sunset view. Bedroom 4- Bedroom with Queen bed, walk-in closet, patio door to pool area, access to full "Jack & Jill" bathroom with rainfall shower between bedrooms 4 and 5 or access to full bathroom with rainfall shower right outside hallway door. OPTIONAL EXTRAS:
- Pool and spa heated to 85 and 100 degrees, respectively, upon request for $100 per day. Must be requested and paid for at least 5 days prior to check-in.
- Four 20 lb. propane tanks will be provided per stay for free to use on the fire pit, gas grill, or standing heaters. Additional tanks available for $30/each.
