The upstairs loft features a luxurious king-sized bed, a private bathroom, a cozy seating area, and a dedicated workstation for those who need to check in with the real world. Downstairs, the huge game room is packed with fun, featuring a pool table, arcade games, foosball, air hockey, Nerf guns, two Smart TVs, and board games—ensuring endless entertainment for guests of all ages. The drive to the cabin involves rolling hills. The last 1/2 mile of the drive is currently gravel. The driveway is paved.

* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to bring extras with you or prepare to pick them up during your stay!

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

** This property has an outside security camera facing the driveway/main entrance.
*There is a strict no-smoking policy. This includes inside the cabin, on the decks and in the hot tub. Smoking is permitted in the parking area.

*There is a strict no-pet policy.

Any guests violating these rules will be assessed an additional $500 cleaning fee.
