Located in the beautiful Highland Park/Fort Hill neighborhood of Boston. Make yourself at home in this fabulous 2-bedroom Boston retreat. This is a newly built garden level pad with lots of charm, character and great art work throughout the space. Newly installed Heating & Cooling System that will calm your senses and make you feel at home. This pleasant apartment features 2 queen beds, a cozy living room with a futon, and a bathroom with a jetted shower. Guests can enjoy amenities like heating, WiFi, AC, and an iron during their stay. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. Fort Hill is part of the Highland Park community of Boston located only a 10 to 15 minutes drive or train ride to explore Downtown Boston, shopping in Copley and Newbury, go catch a Boston Red Sox baseball game at the Fenway Park, walk the Boston Common and catch a Celtics or Bruins game at TD garden, We are close to many Boston concert hall, including Symphony Hall, MGM Music Hall at Fenway, Roadrunner and House of Blues Boston. My name is Adler and welcome to the Beantown! Famous for its rich history, colleges, hospitality, sports and friendly spirit. Boston renowned medical and educational institutions have helped to make it an international center of learning and intellectualism. as for me, I love to travel, cooking and support our local team - Go Pats! I try to visit a new country every years with my family. I love nature and you can find me hiking weekly. When I travel I always stay at a AirBnb. Highland Park/Fort Hill has become increasingly popular with young professionals and families who are attracted to the neighborhood’s incredible smart people, exquisite array of architectural history, and price tags slightly less painful than in other areas of the city. Fort HIll is filled with lush community gardens. You can walk to two major train station that will take you all around Boston.

This is a newly constructed 2 bedroom garden/basement level apartment includes full size windows for up to four people with lots of charm and character of over 1,200 sqft. I recently invested $40,000 to upgrade both bedroom with two full Queen bed, new living room sofa bed for two, new kitchen, new bathroom, heating/cooling system and three all new SmartTV's . In December 2024 we installed a new Mini-Split Heating & Cooling System to keep the place warm or cool throughout the space. The place provide plenty of light and we ask that you please keep our nature insect outside by NOT opening the windows.
