Stunning ocean views from this hillside perched home. Easy 10 minute walk to this beautiful, dog-friendly beach.
Vaulted ceilings in a spacious living room. Large circular dining room, separate dinette in the kitchen, and another separate wine table overlooking the ocean.
Each of the 3 bdrms have a Cal King bed plus sofa bed. Also each bedroom is equipped with it's own TV. The 2 artistically remodeled bathrooms add to the luxury. Separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
Wrap around balcony just off the master bedroom. Huge outdoor deck, completely under the house with amazing unobstructed ocean views, while also being shaded from the sun.
Two cars easily fit in the driveway. A third car may fit behind them, if they are not oversized. EV charger in the shed next to the driveway.
About 6 flights of stairs from driveway to the front door. High quality, wide stairs with several landings, but not appropriate for anyone w/ mobility challenges.

We enjoyed our stay at Dillon beach. Ocean view are spectacular and house itself had all amenities for 12 people.

Spectacular view, especially when the sun comes out. Extremely responsive host. The stairs up are a workout, which is great if you are ready for it. We had a wonderful time.

Rented this home for a girls trip, with 8 ladies. Plenty of space, sleeping arrangements were perfect, beds were comfortable, well equipped with everything you’d need. Stairs were challenging but we were given the heads up beforehand. The pillows were very flat so you may want to bring your own. Other than that, it was perfect for our needs.

We rented Michael's home for a multi-generational family vacation and had a wonderful time. Michael notified us ahead of time about the stairs and didn't confirm our reservation until we confirmed they wouldn't be an issue. The steps were very much worth the ocean views and no one in our party (age 5 to 75) had problems. We loved being able to see out to the ocean and enjoy sunsets from the living room. The house was clean, comfortable, and had good space for our group of 10. Though note from downstairs you can hear footsteps and movement above, especially if you have kids running around and playing but also if you're a light sleeper and someone upstairs is getting up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Michael was extremely responsive to any questions and offered recommendations for places to eat and things to try. Our family had a great time and it was the perfect house for an ocean view beach getaway!

The host was very easy to work with, and the house was wonderful. The views of the ocean, beach, and sky were amazing, and made all of those steps worth it!

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful home so close to Dillon Beach. The house was as described with plenty of room for our multi-generational group. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed for cooking. There were plenty of linens in the bedrooms and towels in the bathrooms. Could do with a slight refresh. Stunning view of the ocean. The host notes that children under the age of 3 aren't permitted...and for good reason. Young ones might find themselves in precarious positions. There could also be more seating in the common spaces. There are six flights of stairs to get into the house, so pack lightly.

Great house! Can't beat the views and would love to come back in the summer to enjoy more of the patio seating. Was good for our group of 7 because each bedroom has a sleeper couch so you can make different configurations work as long as youre ok to get cozy

Location was great, the views from the living room house windows were absolutely beautiful. You could hear the waves crashing at night. You’d still need to drive 5 minutes for beach access, but it was no problem for us.3 stars overall because there were many spiderwebs around the house, along with 6 medium-sized live spiders found. One was found on top of one of the beds upstairs which was a little off-putting. Ventilation was also poor, some of my family members felt suffocated when sleeping in the middle room upstairs and after showering with the bathroom door closed. I don’t recall seeing a vent fan in the bathrooms either, and the shower upstairs was pretty clogged up. The house was also pretty dusty and could use some air purifiers. Some of the towels in the bathroom also smelled like mildew. The cushions on the patio set on the deck were ripped up as well, most likely from an animal like a raccoon or something.10/10 for the views/location, 10/10 for owner communication/hospitality, especially when I was told that I’d be able to check-in early, but the house itself could use some work. In my opinion, the price per night was definitely just for the views/location.

I'm quite surprised by this review. We've had great responses before about cleanliness. And we were at the house ourselves about a week ago and found the cleaners did a great job. We've never had a problem with spiders in the past. So I find that comment questionable. We've also never had a problem with ventilation. We have a very high-end heating and cooling system. And of course windows and fans. It's also a home with tall vaulted ceilings in the living room. I will certainly discuss with my cleaners. But this review seems bizarrely out of line with other guests and our own experience.

This house has amazing views and we loved spending time on the deck. It’s a gorgeous walk to Dillon Beach, where we spent the majority of our time.

We had a wonderful stay overall! The house does have quite a few stairs, but thankfully there are several landing areas that make it more manageable.One downside was that the windows didn’t have screens, so we weren’t able to open them to enjoy the fresh air and breeze. However, the kitchen was fantastic—fully stocked with everything you could possibly need.There’s no backyard, but it made for a unique experience as deer come right up close, which we really enjoyed. The home had plenty of space for our whole group, and all the beds were extremely comfortable—we all slept very well.Having access to the washer and dryer was a huge plus, and the hot water in the showers was excellent.Overall, everything was great. Our family had an amazing time, and we would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful Stay

Beautiful house with amazing views and a lot of space. We had a wonderful time. You'll definitely get your workout with the stairs up, so pack light! The views of the ocean and hillside are worth it.

Amazing views and nature abounds

We had a wonderful stay at this property perched on a hillside above Dillon Beach. The house is 360 views you can watch the sunrise and sunset from this location. The mountain has deer, hawks, bunnies. The house had all the amenities you'd need for a dinner. The house is perched on a hill so you will get a workout in and need to be in good shape. The house has about 90 steps up so it's a bit of a haul for luggage and groceries but I thought worth it because of the view.

Stairway to the top!

This property offers stunning views, and while the stairs are a workout, they’re totally worth it! The house is spacious and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The fireplace pictured isn’t there anymore, but the space is still cozy. The master bath could use a little attention— the tub jets weren’t working, and the shower was very difficult to turn on. Also, the master bedroom could use window coverings for better sleep, but the natural light was refreshing in the mornings.Overall, a fantastic weekend! If you’re up for a cardio challenge and amazing views, I highly recommend it!

It is an amazing location to stay for couple of nights . The living room is spacious with mesmerizing view. The host is very considerate and easy to communicate.Couple of things would’ve made our stay easier and enjoyable. The master bath shower is hazardous , the shower handle is not working properly and continuously dripping.The house is in fact to accommodate 10 people, not 12.The drain in up stairs bathroom sink is clogging quite often.Some lights in the stair cage would make the climb less risky .We definitely had a great time despite all these huddle.It is worth staying , I wish the host can pay attention to those details to make guest more comfortable for the get away.

This is a lovely and comfortable home with amazing views. The host, Michael, is quick to respond to any requests. Our family had a wonderful stay. The stairs to the house were a little challenging for my husband and me but we are in our seventies. We considered them a good workout and we were happy to have our grandkids with us to help us carry our luggage. The kids and grandkids didn’t have any problems. We would definitely rent this house again.
