Enjoy views and spectacular sunsets over the Gulf from the furnished balcony of this elegant, eighth-floor beach condo that was just newly renovated. Inside this sunlit vacation rental located in the Marco Beach Ocean Resort, you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen, an adjacent dining area, and an inviting living area with a comfortable sofa and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels. Additional features of this condo include central air-conditioning, a desk and chair in the main bedroom for remote work or schooling, and plenty of beach and pool towels. With 2 bedrooms and a pull-out sofa, this unit comfortably sleeps six. In addition, a blow up mattress is also available.

On-site, you and your guests will have access to a variety of deluxe resort amenities including a newly renovated pool and hot tub, fitness center, and easy beach access. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for use on the pristine white sands of Marco Island.

For dining options, visit the Beachfront Bar and Grille for casual lunches, and be sure to check out Sale E Pepe, a AAA Four Diamond restaurant, for fine Italian cuisine, amazing Gulf views, and a lively lounge scene for before or after dinner cocktails. We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was nicely located right next to the JW Marriott. The views of beach were AMAZING and the condo was very clean when we arrived.

Great location near beach. Walkable to lots of restaurants. The condo was comfortable with plenty of room. My only suggestion is that the carpet probably needs to be replaced. Otherwise a great stay.

We so enjoyed our stay! The 2 bedroom condo was beautiful. The customer service experience from the valet to front desk host made the experience that much better. The only reason I didn’t rate it 5 star was due to the construction noise each day for pool restoration. We would like to come back when the pool area is finished

This was our 5th year staying at MBOR. But the 1st year in a 2 bedroom. There is so much space in the larger unit. The accommodations were fabulous.Davis was very responsive when I had questions. Parking was a breeze. We had everything we needed. Location was perfect. The only negative thing I have to say is that not having the beach chair amenity was a bummer. We made it work by renting from Regency Watersports in front of Eagles Nest. I was spoiled by never having to shlep my chairs an umbrella down. Glad there was an option. Will be back.

Beach Getaway

Check in very easy, property was ready early which was great. Property was very clean clean with all necessary items needed in the kitchen, bathrooms. Extra towels provided as well as extra pillows and bed sheets for sofa bed. Nice balcony and ocean view. Pool under repair and currently closed but this was disclosed in listing. Owner was very responsive and agreed to late checkout for our family.

Had a great stay in Marco Island. Location and beach were great. The rental is fully stocked with beach chairs, towels, blankets, umbrellas and some water sports items. The pool was under construction which impaired the view. The beach bar at the location closed at 5pm so no where to buy a drink before watching the sunset. For the price, I would expect less limitations but was told of them prior to booking and the property was as advertised. Our family used to stay at Marco Ocean Beach when it was a hotel and the changes to service on this trip were drastic so don’t expect a hotel or resort experience.

Roger, thanks so much for your thorough and thoughtful review. The renovated pool is expected to be complete on April 20 and rates do reflect this inconvenience. As for the Beach Bar closing at 5, I suggest next time you try the bar at the on-site 5 star restaurant Sale de Pepe or one of the many bars and restaurants at the Marriott 2 doors down from us and less than a 5 minute walk. Let me know your beverage of choice prior to your next visit with us and I'll have it in the unit so you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the balcony with your favorite cocktail in hand. The property was more like a hotel room than condo. The property bar was not open during the stay and it sits farther back from the water than expected. It was clean.

Property is clean and well appointed and view was perfect for 7/4 fireworks viewing! Only issue was guest bedroom room temp is significantly warmer than rest of unit.

Ted, so glad you enjoyed the amazing view and the cleanliness and amenities in the unit. Sorry to hear about the elevated temperature in the guest bedroom. I wish you would have reached out to me about that during your stay. I have never had that feedback nor have I experienced that second bedroom temperature being warm during my own stays. Not sure if you were aware but there are 2 thermostats in the unit. One is in the master bedroom and controls both bedrooms and one is in the living room that controls the remainder of the unit. Regardless, I'll be in the unit next week and will make sure that the temperature is appropriate throughout the unit and that the HVAC is working perfectly. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property. The location is fantastic, with easy beach access and within walking distance of great restaurants, shops, and local amenities. The two-bedroom studio was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was especially well stocked with all the essential cookware and utensils, Overall, this was a great experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return in the future!
