Resort Maintenance Update – Solterra Resort
Please note that the resort will be undergoing scheduled maintenance during your stay. The Lazy River at Solterra Resort will be closed for approximately 6 weeks starting September 7th, 2026. Additionally, the main resort pool is expected to be closed for approximately 9 weeks beginning in September. We understand how important these amenities are and appreciate your understanding as the resort completes these improvements. All other amenities are expected to remain open and available during this time.

Amazing Stay at the Villa

We had an amazing stay; the villa was stunning. The only thing we would mention is that the villa was in quite a noisy area with the entrance road to the rear and a lot of house parties going on, which would put us off renting this villa again. However, this could've been as we were there over the 4th of July. We would happily book again and would love to stay in another of the management company's villas as they were very attentive. We rate this villa 5-stars.

Absolutely loved our stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The private pool and spa were perfect for relaxing, and the games room was a huge hit with the kids. Great location and amazing amenities—would definitely book again!

Great stay, great people, great company

The villa we stayed in was perfect for our family. We walked in the door and felt right at home. Having the two family rooms was perfect. We had room for the entire family to be together and the kids had space for playing video games. The villa was very clean and had plenty of towels for bathing and swimming. The ping pong table and foosball provided hours of family fun. White Rose Villas is the best host company. They were proactive as well as extremely responsive. Not only did they meet our needs during our stay, they were also very kind and caring about a family situation we were going through. Great stay, great people, great company -- we will definitely look to stay with them again.

Beautifully set up for families. We all enjoyed the pool and found the pool deck area very private and not overlooked. The location is fantastic — just a short, easy walk to the Solterra Resort clubhouse, pool, and amenities, which made it so convenient. We also found plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping nearby on ChampionsGate and along US-27/192. Disney was an easy drive, and Universal and SeaWorld weren't far either. This home had everything we needed.

We had an amazing stay at this home in Solterra! The house was beautifully decorated with a clean, modern look throughout—it felt like staying in a boutique hotel but with way more space and comfort. The pool and spa area were a major highlight for us. We spent most mornings lounging by the pool, and the spa was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The outdoor space was private and peaceful. Inside, the home was spotless and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the open layout made it easy for our group to hang out together. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and we loved all the little design touches. The games room was a big hit with the kids (and the adults too!). We had some fun tournaments in there. Being in Solterra Resort was a bonus—the clubhouse, lazy river, and gym were great, and it felt very safe and welcoming. Location-wise, it was super convenient for getting to Disney and other attractions. We'd absolutely stay here again. It was the perfect mix of fun, relaxation, and style!

One thing to mention, some of the neighbors like to play loud music on the weekends. With that being said, the house -our family stayed at - was clean, along with providing plenty of space for our family. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, pans, and dishware. Our host was quick to answer any questions that we had during our stay. Our family loved the private heated pool and spa. A lot of breakfasts and dinners were taken on the lanai. We will most likely make a trip back!
