We had a great stay and loved the condo. The only negative is there was only one pot which makes it hard if you are cooking in the condo.

the ocean view was beautiful. the furniture on the patio was dirty. they did come and clean it with a steamer.

There were a lot of great things about the condo. It has incredibly easy access to the pool and the beach. The pool has a splash pad that the kids love and there are actually two pools and a hot tub. The beach access is just across the boardwalk and has multiple shower and hose access points to get the sand off. It is in a great location with easy walking access to restaurants, ice cream, and mini golf just across the street. It was nice that the unit had some things left behind to use like a wagon, cooler, a chair, etc. Overall, it's a good unit in a great complex in a great location.There are a few things that could use updates within the unit itself. While there was ample cookware and accessories, the quality of these items was disappointing. All of the pans had significantly scratched teflon, the cooking utensils were beat up, and the knives were very dull and lacking a chef's knife. Also, there is not a functional icemaker in the fridge. If you're looking for a place to cook all of your meals, it wouldn't be my first choice. Lastly, the rug in the living room was pretty dirty and the beds and pillows left a bit to be desired. Overall, the unit is nice and has newer finishes but could use some investment into the other pieces mentioned to make this a five-star experience. It was priced fair and we had enough space for 6 adults and 3 toddlers.

Easy booking and communication. This room is an excellent location within the building- 2nd floor just above pool. Room descriptions accurate. Excellent view of the ocean with great deck chairs and table. Beach/pool/hot tub access extremely quick and easy. Pool was excellent for kids and adults. Be sure to wear bracelets from condo- frequent checks. 2 floors of parking garage- never had trouble finding a spot. Make sure to have your parking pass visible. Entire room/building well kept and clean. Might not hurt to have a few extra towels/washcloths. Great place to stay on Okaloosa! Would definitely recommend.
