Newly Renovated, 3-bedroom Home located in beautiful Ft Walton Beach Florida. Located minutes to the Beach, Okaloosa Island Pier and Crab Island. Publix and the Downtown area are a couple of blocks away. This lovely home offers 2 queen beds and bunk beds for the kids. A comfortable living area with a sofa bed for extra space. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a totally equipped Gourmet Kitchen, Keurig dual coffee maker, AC, and WiFi and (2) New 75" Smart TV's during your stay. The bathroom features a bathtub/ shower. Looking forward to your booking!

We loved staying here. It is quiet and clean, and any little problem we had, the landlord took care of it right away. We may be back in the fall, and this is the first place I will look to book my stay. Overall, for the last 6 months in Fort Walton Beach, this has been our favorite stay!

Very nice house, clean and taken care of well. Very friendly and expedient host. Digital keycode made check-in and house usage a breeze. Very accessible to the beach and restaurants by car. The only downside (if there is one) was the mosquitos (be warned!).

It's also great to know that the location made it convenient for you to access the beach and nearby restaurants. I appreciate you mentioning the mosquitoes as well. During your stay we unfortunantly experienced a solid week of rain. This and living near the coast does come with some seasonal mosquito activity, and we always recommend guests bring insect repellent when spending time outdoors, especially during warmer months. Quiet and Close by Everything

My family enjoyed this property because of the proximity to the beach and attractions. The neighborhood is quiet and safe too!

Great property

House is exactly as shown, quiet neighborhood, good size back yard with privacy. Convenient to get to attractions and places to eat.

This property is a hidden gem! The house has all the comforts of home and then some. Our family really enjoyed staying here. The extra living area was a huge bonus. The neighborhood was quiet & close to everything. The house was very clean and smelled nice.

The house was super clean, spacious for the five of us, and looked exactly like the pictures. Randy is such a good host. He checked in and let us know to reach out if we needed anything. Highly recommend!

Comfortable and clean

Beautifully refreshed cottage. Close to a nice park and amenities. Quiet and private fenced enclosed backyard. The house is beautifully decorated and well furnished. The only downside is that the other houses on the street appear to be evacant and many in ill repair with multiple cars parked on the properties.

Slice of paradise

Everything was purely amazing! The host provided me and my fiancée anything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect. Youre literally 10 mins or less from everywhere you want to go. There's turtles that come from the park that is only a block away guarding the house. So you know you will be safe staying there! All i have to say everything was perfect and i cant wait to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that everything had been thoughtfully prepared and exactly as described in the listing—if anything, it exceeded our expectations. The house was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and stress-free getaway. Tucked away in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, it offered the perfect setting to unwind and truly relax, yet it was also incredibly convenient—just a short and easy drive to all the attractions, restaurants, and beaches we wanted to explore. The location struck the perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility. The host was phenomenal—extremely responsive, warm, and genuinely accommodating throughout our entire stay. They made the check-in process seamless and went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome and supported. It’s rare to find a rental that feels both like a retreat and a home away from home, but this one absolutely did. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for the perfect blend of comfort, location, and exceptional hospitality.

I couldn’t have been happier during my stay at 29 Laurie. The house has been lovingly restored with a modern kitchen, 2 large living areas with plenty of seating and large TV’s. Beds felt like new mattresses with plenty of linens. Love the two magnolia trees out front….house is very well maintained and cared for. I grew up in the Elliott Point neighborhood, so already knew how perfectly located it is…minutes from the beach (depending on traffic), downtown and shops. Hope to stay again!

Hi, my name is Randy, I am the owner of the "Classic Florida Cottage and your host. I've called NW Florida my home for about 35 years now. I have grown up is the area and I truly love living here.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

Elliot Point is an area of Ft Walton that is located to just about everything. You're right across the bridge to the beaches. You're walking distance to Ferry Park, which includes Frisbee Golf, tennis courts and a walking path. The Downtown area is a short drive away, which includes shopping and restaurants. And Uptown station is also close by for even more shopping.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

I bought the home a couple of years ago and decided to restore it to it's 1965 cottage style, with all the modern upgrades. It's been a lot of fun bringing it back to it's glory. The property has some wonderful shade trees is what I think makes it unique.
