Hi Michael, we want our guests to feel comfortable and well-cared for, so we're sorry to hear that you encountered some issues during your stay. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to clarify a few points:- When the sewer issue was reported, our housekeeper arrived within 30 minutes and did her best to resolve it quickly. She arranged for a plumber to address the clog as soon as possible and planned to disinfect the bathroom right away, but had to come back on two separate occasions as it was not convenient for you when she initially tried to address the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused.- The backyard is typically maintained regularly, but our landscaper was unable to complete the mowing before your arrival to avoid disturbing your stay. We’ll ensure the entire yard is ready for future guests.- As part of our pest control routine, the property is treated monthly, and no issues were reported before your arrival. However, we’ll ask our pest control service to do an additional inspection to make sure everything is clear.Thank you for sharing these details with us.
