I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience with the cleanliness of the property you rented. It's disappointing to hear that the bathrooms were dirty, multiple dishes were dirty, and there was dog hair on the carpet. Additionally, it's concerning to hear that you had to purchase basic supplies such as dishwasher detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap. These issues are certainly not acceptable, and I can understand why you would not want to stay there again. Your feedback is important and we have made improvements to the home.

Hi Carine, We sincerely apologize for the lack of communication from our team during your stay. Unfortunately, this home does not advertise cable TV but instead, there is a Smart TV in the home. Additionally, a BBQ grill, snow sleds, beach chairs, pool table, air hockey, espresso machine and more are available for all guests to enjoy. However, I will share your review regarding the bed and fireplace to make sure that they are double checked for any future arrivals. Thank you.
