Home is wonderful. Would stay again. Perfect location in the beach. Kinda trivial for some, but the internet/wifi cuts out several times an hour. Resetting didn’t work. Owner should address this.

Everything was excellent and the view was spectacular. Only one thing to mention is the house listing. The listing shows the living room having 2 comfy looking couches and instead there was some leather hard bench like couch that seats 3 with adjystable back rests. I am one that the first thing I look at is the furniture. I like to have a comfy place to relax at the end of the day. I definetely would not have booked it if that was the couch that had been shown in the pictures. Other than that everything was perfect. Thank you

Great place, Amazing views!

Wonderful house, right on the beach as described. The views are incredible, could sit on the deck all day. Really nice being right on the beach with private walkway. Definitely recommend.

Perfect home in Poet Orange

Five day Easter get away on the beach! Morning sunrises & coffee on the back deck. Mini golf, great restaurants nearby. Beautiful home we will definately stay again!

Slice of paradise

A beautiful house in a beautiful setting! The kitchen is stocked, the beds are comfy, and waking up to that stunning view every day was just paradise. The beach wasn’t crowded, and the shed of beach chairs/toys was wonderful to be able to use. This will definitely be my go to place for whenever we’re in Florida.

Wow!!

This is by far our favorite vacation rental. We love the layout of the house the decor and furniture set up. The back deck was magical. We sat out there every day and night watching the ocean waves. It was so calming. The beach access from the house was so convenient. The house was well stocked as well. We would love to come back there again.

Amazing views and access to the beach!! Loved the privacy and no vehicle access on the beach. The location can't be beat. Just a short drive to restaurants, grocery, local attractions, etc. The home was as pictured...clean, light and welcoming with new appliances. Clean grill, perfect for cooking, and a good sized outdoor table for alfresco dining. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars was because the beach chairs and umbrella were unusable and needed replacing. Since we flew to FL, we could not pack anything other than our clothes. So, we had to borrow and purchase needed beach items like chairs and a working umbrella. For a house advertised as a beach house for 7, then 7 chairs and a proper sized umbrella or canopy should be readily available, and replaced as needed by the owner based on use and the sand/ salt which understandably hastens deterioration. The home had a nice sized storage shed on the patio with plenty of room to stow beach items. There were a couple of child sized boogie boards and an assortment of plastic beach toys.

We are thrilled you had a great time but disappointed in your rating due to the beach items. We are clear with guests that our listings do not include the beach item amenity, intentionally. It's simply a pay-it-forward system where we keep for future guests, what past guests leave behind. We never promise or guarantee any beach items and we often refer guests to beach chair/umbrella rental companies as well.

Private beach access

Great place on the beach. The front of the house was on a very busy street and we really had to watch the kiddos. Doors locked but turning the knob opened them from inside so had to rearrange furniture to block the front door and make it safe. Also, the back door had a ‘step over’ threshold which needed daily reminders for the young and old in the group. All had a wonderful visit and would do it again when the littles are older.

Great location, good layout of the house. Compact house, but thoughtfully designed. Clean, well decorated, very welcoming. The view is amazing. Few things that would have made it great overall: mattresses and pillows were not good. Even though the mattresses had the tilt option, it didn’t help the quality of the mattress. The beach had damage to it from the past hurricanes. So there’s about a 3-4 ft cliff to access the beach. Straight drop down. Luckily there is public access next to the property that’s maintained or we wouldn’t be able to access the beach. Bum knees and bum shoulders would prevent us from making that jump down or climb back up. Last, the coffee maker carafe was cracked on the bottom and coffee went everywhere. Overall we’d stay here again. The view was amazing. But if you’re paying top dollar, I personally expect the house to reflect that price tag. Higher quality mattresses and sheets (they wouldn’t stay on the bed, kept popping off) would go a long way!

We are surpised to hear your feedback on the mattress as it was a very expensive, luxury brand mattress that is less than a year old. We've only had positive feedback about it and the pillows. The drop you mention is just a normal effect during King Tide season combined with the super moon. It happens every October along the Southeastern US. It's not an issue any other time of year and it's just a natural phenomenom that hosts cannot help.
