The kitchen is very well equipped, although we did very little cooking for ourselves. The house is exquisitely decorated, with plenty of space for an abundance of guests.

Fabulous house for stay with our children and grandkids. Great kitchen! Spacious with great places to relax. Location great for walks and close to beaches.Pinball game a hit with the grandkids!Compliments to our hosts - very responsive and gracious.House is wonderfully equipped.House a perfect vacation for all ages!

What a gem! We had the best time enjoying this amazing house in York! We wanted to do a big family rental and this house and location were absolutely perfect for us. We were a mix of adults and kids, kids ranging in age from 10 months to 17. Everyone had a blast! To start, the house is gorgeous from top to bottom, and had everything you could possibly want. There was room enough for us all to hang out together, but plenty of space for everyone to spread out and get their quiet time in. We could not have asked for more! Owners were super responsive to the few questions we had throughout the week, and they absolutely think of every small touch to make their house welcoming and enjoyable. You can walk to the beach and Nubble, game room was legit, widows walk had the most amazing views.,. Can’t say enough good things! Thank you, Monica and Nate!

We have been fortunate to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday with our family in this spacious and well appointed home for numerous years. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood with scenic views, has spacious and comfortable bedrooms with a well equipped kitchen. The communication is timely and the area manager is prompt to reply and very accommodating. We highly recommend!

Wonderful house. Perfectly appointed and situated. Close to everything but very private and not impacted by people or traffic. A wonderful stroll to the beach. Also the hosts and their local caretaker were immediately responsive to deal with a couple of little, small items.

Wonderful Family Stay in York Beach!We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful York Beach rental with our family. The house was exceptionally well appointed and had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was beautifully decorated, thoughtfully furnished, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.We especially loved having family dinners at the house—the kitchen and dining spaces were perfect for gathering everyone together. There was also so much to do without even leaving the property. We enjoyed the lawn games, and the game room was a huge hit with everyone, especially the air hockey and Golden Tee.The location was fantastic as well. We spent plenty of time at the beach, played tennis at one of the local schools, walked to the lighthouse, and enjoyed trips into town for Italian ice and ice cream. There was truly something for everyone in the family.Monica and Nate were fantastic hosts and made everything incredibly easy from start to finish. They were extremely responsive and answered the few questions we had immediately.We would highly recommend this rental to any family looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in York Beach. We had a terrific time and would absolutely love to return!

Multi family/Multi Generational GEM! Loved everything about our stay. The house was large and comfortable with generous space for everyone and plenty of things to do/games for the kids (their favorite was the old school packman arcade game). The hosts were kind, responsive, and attentive and did a wonderful job of making sure we had everything we needed. Everyone in our group was beyond impressed and grateful for all the amenities provided and loved watching the sunset from the roof deck.

Excellent York Maine

I have traveled all over the world and have stayed at many excellent homes and this is one of the best. With a large family including small children, I wanted a location that was convenient to drive and walk to. The peninsula is in a nice community and has sidewalks which makes walking with children easy and safe. The Nubble lighthouse is a lovely and convenient walk from the house. The house is fill with games and conveniences such as baby seats and baby beds which makes travel easy. Only trouble was that we had a heat wave during our trip and a broken AC unit. The host was easy to contact and they quickly tried to fix the problem. Overall, a great location, a great home and great host.

Magical stay!

Our family of 8 were in town for a winter wedding and this home was absolutely perfect for us! It was very spacious, beautifully decorated and had plenty of areas for everyone to enjoy. The views from the top deck were breathtaking and it was only a short drive to the lighthouse and beach. You could easily walk to both. The open concept kitchen made it easy to cook and entertain while the boys especially loved the arcade games and air hockey in the basement. It was too chilly to use the outdoor space but it looked like another wonderful place to spend time. Monica was an exceptional host, answering all of our questions and providing a booklet of suggestions for the area ahead of our stay. We can’t wait to visit again this summer when it’s a little warmer! Thank you!

We vacationed for a week in July in this lovely beach house with our grown children, their spouses and our baby grandchildren. There were six bedrooms to easily accommodate us all with plenty of space. The sun room and game room saw a lot of action for playing or reading. The balcony on the third floor was a fantastic spot to end the night. We watched the 4th of July fireworks from there.We made daily walks to Long Sands and Short Sands and downtown quite easily. Nubble Lighthouse was a lovely place to visit and stop for ice cream on the walk back home. We appreciated the fenced in back yard for playing and dining. The gas grill area was a nice set up. The adults appreciated ping pong and air hockey in the basement! It was a fantastic week.
