Location is superb! The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a girls weekend in Portsmouth! Darryl was super communicative the whole time. Would definitely recommend this place!

This home is lovely, it’s well renovated and the location could not be better. Check in and out process was easy and smooth. I would definitely rent again if I’m back in town.

Darryl's place was perfect! The unit was literally steps from everything in Portsmouth, but it was very quiet and meticulously kept. The space was in excellent condition and even larger than the photos might suggest. The top floor master suite with rooftop deck was stunning, and the main floor was well appointed and very clean. The secure, attached garage parking made entry and exit a breeze, and communication with Darryl was top notch. We were visiting with our two teen daughters, and everyone had plenty of privacy and lots of great gathering spots. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a great stay. The location is great - within walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit. The host is very responsive and answers questions quickly. The beds are very comfortable.

Communication was great. The location was amazing! Cafe right downstairs, live music next door, great restaurants all around, and walkable to everything! The beds were super comfortable and the apartment was very quiet and felt comfortable and clean.

We had a wonderful girls getaway in Portsmouth! The condo was amazing…..just like in the pictures. We enjoyed spending time relaxing in the condo as well as exploring the city. The location couldn’t be better! Darryl was very easy to communicate with. His suggestions for dinner at Surf & Massimos perfect! We also went to Jimmy’s Jazz for a show that was such fun. We can’t wait to come back for a return visit!

This was a great location in the heart of downtown Portsmouth. Shops, restaurants, and bars all within an easy walking distance. Easy access to the house. There is a garage for parking. However, there is also plenty of street parking and some lots close by as well. Daryl was incredibly responsive anytime I had a question. We would definitely rent here again!

This apartment was a great find! The location is perfect. There are plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Everything was clean and comfy.We did have some technical difficulties with check in but Darryl responded right away. He was able to solve our issues in just a few minutes!I would happily stay in this apartment again.

Wonderful duplex right in the center of the town! Very clean, with comfortable and modern furnishings, well stocked with anything you may need and a garage to park your car! Darryl was a very responsive host who quickly responded with any questions we had. Hoping to return when the weather is warmer to take advantage of the two outdoor decks!!

Location, attention to detail, host attentiveness—I could go on and on and on! This place was meticulous!This home is steps away from downtown Portsmouth. Once we parked in the garage that was the last time we needed the car. We were able to walk everywhere! Our host Darryl was beyond responsive. Prior to our check in I had a few questions. His response time was literally minutes. We ran into zero issues during our stay, but Darryl continued to check in with us to make sure we were all set. If you’re looking for a home in downtown Portsmouth that has it all, look no further!

Great property, very clean and well maintained and exactly as described and in an excellent location in Portsmouth. Darryl's communication was fantastic, easy to follow instructions for check in and out, and no overly burdensome process for checking out other than a basic tidying up of the apartment.
