The house was great! It was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Everything we needed was close by, which made our stay very convenient. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend this place to others!

The cabin was fantastic and perfect for our large family vacation! Everything about the cabin was wonderful and the location was awesome (we saw bears everyday in the area). Already planning on coming back to Gatlinburg next year and 100% hope to stay here again.

The property was very clean and met our expectations! The view of the mountain from the pictures was not quite what we had hoped for because it was blocked quite a bit by the growth of trees in the area, but it did provide for privacy from the other houses in the area. The house and the amenities were great and would definitely consider staying here again!

The cabin is beautiful, close to town, check in was easy, lots of wildlife in the area we saw a total of 5 different bears while staying here, also check before going outside lol only quote on quote bad thing was we could have used more trash bags for the kitchen, but we were able to buy some in town. The drive to the park is perfect, Would stay again!

The home was pretty much as pictured. There were no functional issues with the home. However the home has extremely creeky floors and thin walls making it nearly impossible for kids to sleep in the basement bunk room. The ice maker in the freezer does not work at all. There were not enough dishes. Maybe 8-10 bowls and plates for a house listed for 12 people. The home does have some nice views and it was awesome seeing the local bear population. Overall a good stay, could use a few minor fixes.

Layout was good for a big family. Plumbing was noisey

The property itself was very nice. The check-in was a little confusing regarding the accesss code. Could have used a little more instruction especially for a first time VRBO user. Area and view was nice. Caution. Close up and lock your vehicle, we had a bear get into one of our vehicles!

Cabin Relocation

We were relocated to another cabin due to their urgent maintenance on the property after the recent stretch of continuous rain one hour before we arrived Pigeon Forge. We had 2 choices, either accept the new cabin location or get a full refund. We ain't drive 9 hours back home and had no choice and accepted their cabin relocation. It was alright as it doesn't have an open view of mountian. Grr.

The rooms were nice size, especially the bedroom on the main floor with a nice private bathroom. The drawback was you could talk to people in the bedroom above and below due to poor soundproofing when built. The cabin had mice. Grass and weeds were waist high all across the front of the cabin. The Host failed to fix an exterior door handle and lock who was notified three times including minutes from the time of our arrival. The Hockey Table in the game room as shown in the description was not there. Three times we had to wait 15 to 20 minutes before we could leave because the road in front of the cabin was blocked due to construction on new cabins being built. While we were there, the cabin was put up for sale. It would have been nice to know that the Community Pool is closed on Wednesday’s. Monday we spent the day at Dollywood. Tuesday we drove up the mountain as far as we could go and spent the rest of the day at Anakeesta. We had planned to spend a good part of the day Wednesday at the pool. Two of the girls and their mother left early Thursday.
This is part of the door handle from the outside which I contacted the Host within minutes of our arrival. I found the handle like this on the deck.

This cabin was in an excellent location. Equal distance from both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! I do want to disclose that the cabin had many signs of wear, tear and cosmetic issues that overall didn't affect our stay but made the cabin feel a bit less luxurious. One of the exterior door handles was broken, a floor vent was smashed, the material on the kitchen chairs was cracking, there were holes in the pool table surface, dings and big scrapes on the floors. Most of the jets in the hot tub did not work. There was a significant amount of construction going on which they disclosed in the listing. What they didnt disclose is that the construction working were disposing of food in large open dumpsters on the work site which were attracting bears. We had many encountering during our stay! Overall, for the price we paid it was an great stay.
