Nestled along a wide, deep canal perfect for boating and fishing, this spacious six-bedroom home is the ultimate setting for family vacations, holiday gatherings, or group getaways. You may also encounter local wildlife such as raccoons, foxes, seagulls, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.



If something feels off—whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue—please let us know right away (a quick photo helps). Our team typically responds promptly and will do everything we can to resolve it with as little disruption or discomfort as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’re always here to help and make your stay as smooth as we can.



After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, birthday, photo ID, and signing a rental lease agreement. All information is stored internally and not sold to any third party as this is how we verify age and legally protect our homes.



All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel, along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition (for example, requiring cleanup of vomit or urine).
