Welcome to our bright and airy second-floor end unit in the heart of Kihei. Located in Building 4, Unit #223, this condo offers windows on three sides, allowing natural light and refreshing trade winds to flow through.

Comfortable Well-Equipped Features wall-to-wall carpeting, tile in the kitchen and bathroom, and air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom.
Resort-Style Amenities The pool is just steps away, and the BBQ area is conveniently located right outside the private lanai.
Walkable to Everything Restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping are all just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the best of Kihei without needing a car.
This condo is the perfect retreat for beach lovers, honeymooners, celebrating anniversary or special occasion in South Maui.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction
Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.
Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00
Please Note: In lieu of security deposits, each Royal Realty booking includes Rental Guardian Damage Protection, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for Rental Guardian Damage Protection is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection. Exceptions include but are not limited to cancellations, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Inquire for more information. The fee is $65, bundled in your cleaning fee.
