Comfortable with needed amenities for a 2 month stay. A nice welcome package of Maui goodies. Comfortable couch and nice TV. A toaster oven I added was beneficial. The microwave is very small.

Perfect place to stay! Close to everything! Strongly recommended!

We had a great stay! Had a bad storm with strong winds one night. We had power outages which was on most of the island. Mark was a great host and easy to communicate with. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!

Wonderful stay in Kihei! Maui Vista

Not fancy but very comfortable. Really well stocked. Big lanai for group dinners after using good BBQ area. Location is excellent. Short walk to beach, restaurants and stores. Pools are small but pretty and sheltered. There are three so never too busy. Lots of close parking. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

Everything You Need

Had a fantastic time staying at Mark's condo for two weeks. The Maui Vista complex was perfectly located for our needs. Mark's unit had everything you need for you stay on Maui. Thanks Mark!!

All we could have asked for and MORE!

I couldn't recommend this little gem more if I tried. This condo truly MADE our vacation. Mark and Virginia have this place hooked up and it meant we had nothing to worry about on vacation. The added bonuses like the pineapple they left us and the coffee...it really was appreciated. The amenities were incredible, the location was spectacular and Mark was amazing to deal with. We would come back to visit this very same place any day. Thank you, thank you THANK YOU!

You need it, it is there.

We have stayed at the Maui Vista numerous times. This condo definitely exceeded our expectations. The ground floor makes everything easily accessible. The condo is well stocked with all the necessary utensils, dinnerware, bowls and even Saran Wrap and baggies. Of course, included are the beach accessories! We have already rebooked!

Great location, property, and welcoming owners!

This condo in Kihei South Maui was conveniently located to local restaurants, patios, market shopping, groceries, and many water and non-water related sport activities. It was located on the ground floor and had a large patio with a garden view. The tennis courts were located directly across the room and the pool was just a few steps further. The BBQ was also located directly across the room which was fantastic for us. We loved having access to Charlie Young Beach which was directly across the condo complex, you just need to cross the street and if you walk a little further south, you will find Kamaole Beach 1, 2, and 3. There are lots of lots things to do in Kihei and we loved the accessibility and being able to walk to many places and to try new things. The condo was a cozy one bedroom, one bath with very nice art work and furniture adding to the Hawaiian feel. It was clean and was well equipped with everything we could ever ask for (especially when traveling with a 14 month old). The owners were very hospitable and accommodating and answered all my questions which reassured that I was making the right decision in choosing Kihei and their condo as a place to stay. We felt right at home, with no anxiety and enjoyed our stay for the two weeks we were in Maui. They even welcomed us to the condo with a beautiful arrangement of fruits, coffee, and Hawaiian goodies. Thank you for everything! We hope to cross paths sometime in the future again.

Perfect Perfect Perfect

This condo was in the perfect location. We were across the street from the beach and down the street from shops and restaurants. The condo was super clean and have everything we needed and more. The host graciously left us a welcome basket with local treats.

Great condo and great location

This condo has everything you need. I just spent two weeks at Mark's condo at the Maui Vista and couldn't have asked for a more relaxing stay. What you see in the images is what you get. I highly recommend this unit for your next trip to Maui. Steve

Comfortable and well located

The Maui Vista is our condo of choice because its location means we don’t need a car when we visit Maui. Our favorite beaches, restaurants, and a grocery store are within a half-mile radius, and the rest of Kihei and the island are accessible by affordable bus rides. This particular unit was clean and well stocked with towels and cooking utensils. We especially liked the exposure, which prevented direct sun from penetrating during the hot hours of the day, and the ground-floor level, which allowed easy access to the lawn from the patio. The greenery sheltered us from the noise and view of the parking lot. The proprietors were easily contacted and replied quickly to questions. We especially enjoyed their welcoming snack basket and flowers.

Maui Vista stay

Unit is small but ok for 2 people. Air conditioning was poor, one unit in living room so the air could never reach back bedroom so the bedroom was always too warm. Enough supplies like toilet paper, towels, paper towels, etc. except for silverware, could def. use more. The floors in unit were filthy, if you walked barefoot your feet would be all dirty! Could use a new shower curtain liner, they’re very inexpensive to replace.

Quiet, well appointed property

We have stayed at Maui Vista for the past six years and have had varied experiences. We were greeted with a gift basket of local products--in all of our visits this is only the second time we have received such a nice welcome. The place is decorated with Hawaiian themed art, has plenty of lighting, and does not receive direct sunlight so the temperature was comfortable at all times of the day. It is in Building 2, so not too close to the road and a bit quieter than some of the other places we have stayed. It is very well appointed.

Good, Clean Basic accommodation.

We stayed in Mark's condo for a month in the winter of 2018. This condo was very clean when we arrived. There was a welcome basket of local goodies when we moved in. We were moving from another condo to this one and Mark was kind enough to let us in early to put our food in the refrigerator. This condo has been updated and is in good shape for the most part. It is well supplied with kitchen needs. There are a few things that need attention. The bed is uncomfortable and should be replaced. We survived by buying a foam topper but that is a temporary fix. We have talked to the owner about this issue. The kitchen knife set has wooden handles and some of them are getting a bit loose. There is a nice, large lanai with a table and four chairs. It is much larger than ones on the upper floors. When we had company, we tried to use the table but part of the frame's welding has let go. We managed to shim the glass top with two water bottle caps and got it so we could use it, but it needs fixed. Again, this has been brought to the owner's attention. The location is excellent and the condo is perfect for two people. If the bed was replaced, we would definitely stay here again. It is a very good value for the money. A home away from home

Spacious one bedroom condo, clean, well-kept and well stocked for beach activities, and day to day needs (toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, etc). Owner responded quickly to calls and e-mails and very hospitable. Within walking distance to several beaches, restaurants and grocery stores - great location.

Older building with modern updates.

Good amenities like fast internet, good quality beach gear, close to nice beach and easy walk to shops and restaurants. In all, a nice place to stay. Definitely would check availability for next Maui visit and would recommend to friends.
