Great stay! Perfect location and lovely home.Thermostat was bit finicky, and the toilets are leaking and need some attention, it overall I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Only major down side was the hot tub was so dirty you couldn’t use it.

Perfect location if you plan to explore the Sedona area. Close to grocery store, gas station, shopping, restaurants and so many trails. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and private. The primary bedroom bed was super comfortable and large. The hot tub was delightful. The home had nice new appliances and TVs. My husband and I liked that we each had our own bathrooms. Would stay again.

This house was everything we could want and more! The beautiful yard was amazing with different seating areas, roses to enjoy and a hot tub for relaxation after full days of exploring. The location couldn’t have been better! Easy walkability to restaurants, a craft fair on the corner and centrally located to all the things you want to explore in Sedona! The check-in process was great and the timely responses from the host on inquiries we had made for a stress-free experience! This house is a 10/10 and I would definitely stay again when returning Sedona!

Overall, we had a nice stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and had some really unique features. We especially loved the outdoor courtyard area with the barbecue pit in the middle of the house, such a cool setup, and it was a great outdoor space to use.There are a few things future guests may want to know. The layout is a little unusual when it comes to privacy. The master bedroom does not have a door, and both bathrooms are located on that side of the house, so depending on who you’re traveling with, that could be something to consider. The curtains in the master bedroom also let in quite a bit of morning light, so if you’re someone who likes to sleep in, you may want to bring a sleep mask.We also had a significant mosquito problem in the front porch/yard area. We spent a lot of our trip outdoors elsewhere without an issue, but whenever we sat outside at the house, the mosquitoes came almost immediately and made it difficult to enjoy that area. The interior courtyard was much better and gave us another outdoor space to use.None of these things ruined our stay, but they’re things I would have appreciated knowing beforehand. Overall, the house was clean, nice, and enjoyable, and we had a good stay.

The house was well in a great location. Easy walking or a short drive to anything you want to do. The house was well appointed for our needs. It could use a pitcher for iced tea/lemonade/water. The master bath has very poor lighting in the toilet/shower area. And if I were the home owner I would place a tray of some sort under the shampoo and bath gel before the table is ruined. I tried to keep it dry.
