Thank you for sharing your experience! We're glad to hear you enjoyed the clean, spacious condo and convenient location—being close to Dollywood, the National Park, and Gatlinburg is definitely a perk. We appreciate your feedback regarding the internet connection; we’ll have our team look into possible solutions for better coverage in that unit. And you’re right—the hill can be a bit steep if you want to walk the sidewalk up/down, but we’re happy the location overall worked well for your trip. We hope to welcome you back again soon!

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad to hear you found the condo clean and spacious. However, we want to sincerely apologize that the directions to the building and elevator access weren’t more clearly explained before your arrival. We completely understand how important it is to have step-free access, especially when traveling with guests who have mobility challenges. You’re absolutely right, that information should have been clearly communicated, especially since you specifically asked about elevator access when booking. Thank you for your feedback and we hope you will consider staying with us in the future.

Thank you for the great score!
