Welcome to your private desert retreat, hosted with heart by Splendor Homes. We`re so glad you`re here. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, here are a few thoughtful guidelines:

Pets
Dogs only, please. Cats are not allowed due to allergies.

For longer stays, an extra cleaning may be scheduled.

Dogs are not permitted on beds or furniture.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
May be available based on availability. Please inquire in advance.

Early Check-In:

Up to 1 hour early (3 PM): Complimentary, if available

Extended early check-in: Available with approval

Late Check-Out:

Extended check-out: Available with approval

Standard check-out is 11 AM. Delays not pre-approved may result in adjustments to ensure our cleaning crew can prepare the home for incoming guests.

Quiet Hours & Events
Outdoor quiet time begins at 9 PM. Evening conversations are welcome—just kindly bring louder sounds indoors after this time.

If you`d like to host a gathering, please reach out in advance. We’re happy to explore options with you and our neighbors.

Events must be discussed and approved before booking. Unauthorized gatherings may affect your reservation.

Photoshoots & Productions
All commercial photography or filming must be approved in advance. Please reach out with details before booking.

Guests & Occupancy
Base occupancy includes up to 5 guests.

Additional overnight guests must be approved in advance.

Smoking
Smoking is allowed only in the designated outdoor area.

Please use the provided ashtray and stay clear of open doors or windows.

No indoor smoking.

Cleanup & Check-Out
Please discard all trash using the bins provided. If excess garbage cannot fit inside with the lid closed, coordinate with us for removal.

Please do not strip the beds—our team handles this carefully for stain treatment and linen care.

Lock all doors and windows before departing.

Damage, Cleaning, and Incidentals
Glitter and confetti are discouraged indoors.

Please pick up after pets in the yard.

Lost remotes, missing items, or damaged linens may require replacement. If something breaks, please let us know so we can prepare the space for the next guest.

Desert Details
Our desert plants are professionally maintained. Please avoid watering them or disposing anything near their roots. If something looks off or needs attention, just let us know.
