Free Beach Service~ Beachfront Townhome ~ Sleeps 8-GreenReef #4

The complex will be undergoing drainage system construction on the front (north side) of the property during March and April. This work will temporarily impact parking availability. To accommodate the limited space, all units will be sharing parking, and each rental will be limited to a maximum of two vehicles during this time. Vehicles will need to be parked single-file, one in front of the other, at Unit 14. When Unit 14 is being worked on they will be given the second space in front of Unit 4 to park their two vehicles.
Construction updates will be shared as they become available. At this time, no other amenities are expected to be affected.

Green Reef Unit 4 is located on Scenic Old Highway 98. It is a Gulf-Front/Beach front, spacious townhouse right on its own private beach in an upscale area of Destin, Florida. This is a fully stocked townhouse and luxury at its finest with its private beach frontage, complimentary seasonal beach service (4 chairs and 2 umbrellas) and 2 parking spaces (for up to 4 cars).

Green Reef Unit 4 is a 2 bedroom/2.5 bath townhome that sleeps up to 8. It has two large living areas with direct gulf views and beach access each with an additional two queen size sofa sleepers in the living room with curtains to separate the spaces. The master bedroom has a king bed and private beach balcony on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and full bath.

The unit IS DIRECT on the beach. Relax on one of three beachside decks for a magnificent view of the Gulf of Mexico. Perfect for family fun in the sun and easy access to the beach with the bottom deck stepping down to the water's edge. Entertain with the convenience of an outdoor grill, dining table, comfortable deck lounging furniture and outdoor night lighting. Green Reef offers a private beach with beach service from March 1 thru Oct. 31 for the ultimate beach vacation. Conveniently located close to everything in Mid-Destin enjoy shopping, restaurants and much more only a short drive or Uber/Lyft away. Make use of local delivery services and never leave the beach!

All rooms have flat screen TV's with DVD, full access WiFi Broadband. Travertine tiled floors throughout the main floor and granite countertops in the fully stocked kitchen.

Located in the heart of Destin, this unit is only moments away from Destin's premier restaurants, nightlife and shopping... your own piece of paradise directly on the beach!

Things to Know:
This unit has 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Queen Sofa Beds and sleeps 8. With 3 TVs, 2 DVD players, and CD stereo system, you will enjoy all the comforts of home.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
Parking notes: There is free parking for 4 standard sized vehicles.
Seasonal Beach Service typically operates March 1st- October 31st. The rental includes 4 chairs & 2 umbrellas that will be set up each day by a beach attendant. Guests can purchase additional beach setups from La Dolce Vita. Please note that LDV operates with the safety of guests in mind and may not set up during bad weather, high winds, when lightning is present, etc. This amenity is complimentary and no compensation will be offered if beach service is unavailable due to acts of God.

Beautiful views

Location and access to the beach was absolutely amazing! Everything we needed on rainy days was available. I love that the condo was not in a congested area and restaurants were within walking distance.

Our stay was great! Really nice and cozy place right on the beach, in the perfect spot. The beach access right there on the main strip is really key, especially with young kids. I would definitely book this place again. The only thing that I didn’t like, was the carpet near the back door was not vacuumed/clean and there were random longggg dark hairs on lots of our stuff.. (blankets, towels, floors, counters, toilet- we are all blonde).

Family Beach Vaca

This property was the best location/setup for our family vacation. We spent almost all of our time on the beach and having the house within steps was optimal. The decks made for the perfect nights to hangout and have a nice dinner. Chris was a great host and always available for questions/help!

Fantastic Property

Chris was so easy to communicate with and the property is absolutely wonderful. Directly on the water and you can hear the waves crashing from right outside the door. Two balconies and a huge downstairs outdoor area as well. Thank you for a great stay! We will definitely be back!

I have been to the beach all my life and this place truly spoiled me! To have access to a private beach and be so close to the house to go back in forth and not haul all your stuff to the beach is SO WORTH IT! This house is amazing. Chris, the owner, was phenomenal! He was so good to work with and made communication smooth.

Beautiful Beach

We loved staying at Green Reef #4. We were a little hesitant because of the previous reviews but the updates of the townhouse did not disappoint. The furnishings were decorated tastefully, the new deck was beautifully done and having the 3 decks to watch the dolphins and waves were lovely. The location is unbeatable. We walked or rode our bikes to several restaurants and little shops. Perfect location and nice place to stay. And Chris was very pleasant to work with and answer any questions we had promptly.

Great location.

great location, comfy beds. sleeper sofas only came with sheets. took several DAYS to get a blanket. Excuses were lame but blankets came on final night. The front bedroom can hear all the traffic, people outside, workers from next door, etc. so not a restful sleep in that room. floor had some busted tile, but overall satisfied. parking for two spaces but others were parking in one of our spots daily.

The house is beautiful, the beach is amazing. Chris was great to work with. It was the easiest check in i ever been to. The only negative thing I can say I wish we had an umbrella to sit on the deck, it gets very hot. And the grill Was very rusty. Overall I gave it a five star because everything else was wonderful.

This townhouse was perfect for our vacation! It is right on a private beach, which made all the difference. It is so much easier staying directly on the beach for food, restroom, breaks, naps, and hauling all of your stuff. The beach in front of the townhouses is private, and that made a huge difference with the crowds. You do have to set up your own chairs or rent chairs and put them out early to reserve your spot on the beach each day. Most of our neighbors rented chairs and umbrellas for their entire stay. This helped them have their spot every day. I just brought my own chairs and set them up early in the morning. The house is beautifully decorated and very nice. The beds in the bedrooms were extremely comfortable. However, the couch pull our beds were not comfortable. Our extra guests had to sleep on the couches. I would recommend bringing a blow up bed for extra guests. The kitchen had basic dishes for cooking, a coffee pot, and a Keurig machine. I cooked almost all of our meals during the stay and had everything I needed. Overall this was the perfect stay for our family! I would definitely come back. The views from the house were beautiful. The three porches gave you lots of outdoor space, and the location to the beach was the best!!

Very tidy & spacious with amazing views

The property was just as described. Chris, the owner, did a fine job of assuring we arrived and had no issues and he will promptly return your text/call. The 3 decks all have a great view but get very hot, be sure to take the advise..wear flip flops!! If you get out there early, you may see the dolphins or manatee swim by as we did. The decks have plenty of seating to accommodate you. You are only steps away from your private beach area which is great! Just be sure to set up chairs and umbrellas early in the morning to prevent others from crowding your beach area. The house is very clean, which is the first thing I look for! Kitchen was well equipped with cookware and dishes as were the bathrooms with plenty of towels and wash clothes. I do recommend bringing your own laundry supplies, paper plates & cups, dishwashing pods, shampoo, soap, extra paper towels, and plenty of sunblock! Be careful, time to leave slips up on you before you know it! We had a wonderful experience and plan to return!!

Excellent on the Beach Property

My family and I have stayed at this property before. Just like last time, we had a wonderful time. The townhouse is well maintained and has excellent and easy beach access to the accompanying private beach. The views are spectacular and the property provides everything that we need. We always enjoy hanging out on the spacious deck after a long day in the sun. We look forward to our next trip back to Green Reef #4!!

Great view and awesome place

My family along with my mother enjoyed a a week in the very nice house with direct connection to the beach, with spacious living and tons of Natural Light. I really enjoyed it.

Great home & beautiful views! We lived on the beach! It was perfect for our family to just relax & enjoy the ocean. Chris made sure we got in & that everything was right. When we needed something, he was quick to answer questions and get what we needed.

Amazing vacation!!

This is our second time staying here and it has yet to disappoint! Everything about this house is spectacular. There was even a security guard on the beach so the private beach wouldn’t get crowded with people who aren’t aloud to be there!! Will definitely stay here again!
