Break Time - Relaxing Retreat on Harbor

Break Time is a classic beach bungalow situated on a lagoon and is just a short, 5-minute walk to the beach.

The screened porch extends the entire length of the bungalow and the high rooftop deck provides panoramic views of the island, lagoon, and rookery with nesting snowy egrets. The home offers a king primary bedroom and two twins in the second bedroom. The master has an ensuite bathroom with a recently remodeled walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a shower. This bathroom can be accessed through the twin room or living room.

Pets are subject to approval and a $150 non-refundable pet deposit per pet. Max of 2 pets allowed.

Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island, and are subject to change. Please contact our team after you book the property to purchase a pass. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00
