Clean well kept home for our annual motorcycle trip. Pool area was fantastic. Location was near many restaurants and attractions.

Absolutely loved the pool. There was plenty of room for our granddaughters to spread out and relax. Great location! Only concern, the property could use some interior maintenance.

Property needs care. There were broken cabinets in the kitchen, spider webbs, floor were filthy, bedding was mixed matched, and the outside needed broken furniture removed

This property was exactly as described in the listing. The pool was a great hit with all of us! We spent a lot of time in the pool. The host was always available when we needed. The property was clean. The a/c had a little trouble keeping up, but it was really hot with high humidity, so we just kept swimming.i would definitely recommend this property for large family gatherings. It is so close to downtown, the trolley stop is real close. Thanks Aspen for making our family feel comfortable during our family vacation.

Great location and LOTS of room both inside and outside the house! Good AC on hot days and the hot water held up throughout many showers and running of the dishwasher. The bathroom in the pool house was a great find, meaning kids didn’t have to run back up to the house for a toilet while swimming. Also more than one living zone in the house so some folks could be playing, others watching movies, and still other having a cozy conversation. Kitchen had all we required and plenty of room. Two detractors would be tight parking for the number of guests this house can hold and the overall dated feel of the decor, appliances and amenities.

The host was amazing. The communication was top notch. There was an issue with the water but it was not her fault it was the cities but she let me Vent. I’ll tell ya the heat works amazing in that house. It was a nice visit thank you very much

Family Vacation

The house was huge and accommodating to us all. There were plenty of towels and linens to keep us warm and dry when needed. The pool was large and the kids enjoyed every bit of it! We also enjoyed having our privacy and a nice fire pit every night! It was a win-win for our whole family.

This property was decent for the 3 days our family stayed. PROS- great communication, very pet friendly, excellent location and quiet with large yard, pool was lovely, property was clean with lots of linens and paper products, lots of living space upstairs and nice decks. CONS: although there are two and a half baths, the largest bathroom was in a long hall with the door to the master BR. In order for anyone else to use that bath, they had to access the master BR. That bath had dual vanities but all fixtures were probably original to the property (which looks to have been built in the late 1960s) and one sink does not have a stopper. The bathtub/ shower had no grab bar except long the edge of the tub and to exit the shower there are tiled steps. Toilet in powder room had a very loose handle which fell out when used. Kitchen was adequate but ice maker was not working when we arrived altho we were able to reset it and it did produce some ice (froze ice in the trays that were in a cabinet.) Some cabinet doors are difficult to open and need work although there are a lot of cabinets available. Needs a fresh coat of paint and some updating since nothing except a couple of appliances in the kitchen and the flooring look like recent editions. Owner needs to put a few dollars into more maintenance. Overall a decent place for a family gatheringif you can deal with the bathroom situations.

Great location and large yard

The property is older, but it was good for us. We had a small dog and our adult son with us. Our trip was to hike the area, so we only slept at the house. The house has great access to town and very private - super important to us. The yard was gorgeous and the pool was a great relaxing spot. the weather was cool, but sitting by the pool in the evenings was very relaxing.

Very large hidden house right in Eureka Springs

Stayed here April 2025. LARGE home with LARGE yard. 5 bedrooms, multiple dining areas, POOL TABLE. Fully furnished kitchen with utensils/ pots/ pans/ plates/ measuring cups/ blender. Microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher. Clean. Ceiling fans in almost every room.Home is hidden away behind another home and an art store. Very quiet. 5 minutes to downtown Eureka Springs. 5 minutes from grocery. 5 minutes from everything.Back yard has a very fancy pool with pool house that was closed (out of season) during our visit, uncertain if it was functional but looked very nice. yard is huge and big enough to play tag football or frisbee with many people. This home seems like it was remodeled in 1982 or earlier. Nostalgic for us but may be offsetting to some. Enormous master bedroom with two double beds and lots of windows. One bad thing is the shower in the bathroom off the master bedroom. Clean, functional, however - 1970's Design disaster. Was some shower concept from the 1970's. Can't even describe how bad it is. Needs photos. HOWEVER, this is only one negative thing in an other wise excellent, huge house in an excellent location.

ten grandkids and grandma

grandkids ranging from 15 months to 32 years old. the property outside was amazing. I rented. for the pool and B.B.Q. and firepit. the problem was there was no outside lights that worked. Very dangerous. cAN'T BBQ in the dark. can't have marshmellows around firepit. No lights. also was told that the pool light and all the beautiful lights around the pool didn't work. (But, when the poolman came ,we told him it was sad that none of the lights around the pool work.. He stated, they WORK he was told not to turn them on for us. So sad) other than that ..outside is AMAZING. house just needs owner to go thru and recheck kitchen supplies. no pot holders,most of the dishes were dirty. just put in anywhere. (cupboards were marked with whats to be in them,But not,) right front burner switch is broken, stays on, if your not careful. I would rent this house again.. all had a great 3 days.. Large for big groups. enough room for you to be all together or be alone to read a book. I just want other families with kids to be save and have a great time. Aspen Vaught (host) was amazing.always tried to get the answers we asked. thanks Aspen.

All in all it was beautiful! There were only a few small things we'd had liked to see to improved. - The pool area is fantastic but not being able to use the lights really bummed the group out, they look well placed and it would've added to the experience. We understand the intention of safety, and enjoyed the pool for our stay regardless.- We noticed the cookware was heavily damaged and would've loved to see some replacements. - I also noticed some reviews mentioning cobwebs and interior maintenance, and would have to agree that it seems like this still an issue even after being mentioned previously, - The only other thing is that we had two keys in the lockbox, but only one seemed to work. We made it work with our group, but I can see where this may have been an issue for other guests.Regardless, we had a fantastic time and would return again!

This is very much a 70's house that needs to be updated and a good deep clean. There are cobwebs on the ceiling and some bookshelves. The floor needs to be cleaned. We couldn't take off our shoes inside and go barefoot because the bottoms of our feet would be black within 5 minutes of walking around. However, it is a big house and everyone had room to stretch out. Also, the host answered promptly to any questions we had.
