Toes In The Sand on Winnipesaukee is the ultimate summer getaway! This classic lakefront log cabin sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, combining rustic charm with modern comforts. Wood paneling, gas fireplaces, and a wall of windows overlooking the water create the perfect lakeside retreat while central A/C, Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer ensure a hassle-free stay.

The living room features a cathedral ceiling, skylights, comfy couches, a gas fireplace, and plenty of board games for cozy nights in. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, gas fireplace, and a private bath with a shower stall (also accessible from the hallway). A queen bed awaits in the second bedroom, while the third bedroom, with lake views, features two sets of twin bunk beds. There is a second bathroom in the hallway with a shower stall.

Step outside to breathtaking southern views of the lake, a private sandy beach, and a dock for a boat up to 26 feet (please note that the U-shaped dock that shows in some photos has been replaced with a new, straight dock). Sip your morning coffee on the patio as the sun rises, or take a kayak out to greet the ducks. Feeling adventurous? Try paddleboarding before an afternoon of swimming and lounging by the water. As the sun sets, challenge your group to a friendly game of cornhole, then gather around the propane fire pit for s’mores and stories under the stars. Sound like the perfect vacation? Please let us know at time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.

Beautiful views!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the home was perfect. A quick 8 minute ride into Meredith and it sits lakeside with the most beautiful views. The beach was wonderful with shallow entry and clear water, perfect for swimming. The house has good privacy from the surrounding neighbors. The dock was great for our 18 ft boat. We had young children with us and the fishing off the dock provided plenty of sunfish! The outdoor patio and furnishings provided a great place for the meals we had at the house. The fire pit was so much fun for s’mores in the evening. We really appreciated the AC in the home, as we had a hot week. The living room areas are bright and provide a beautiful view as well. The primary bedroom was large and very comfortable. The house was very clean, bug free, and perfect for a family of 7. We had a wonderful time. You will too.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay on the very lake much. The location is perfect. The mattresses were all comfy. AC worked great. We loved the little sandy beach, dock and fire pit. The house is oldher and electric was tricky. Not many outlets and all with adaptors as they are old style. We went without electric in dining and living area for less than a day. The office to call for issues has limited hours so we left messages. They got right back to us when they opened and they sent a handy man and then an electrician to resolve the issues. A few plumbing disappointments as well, but again, not enough to ruin a wonderful week! We were a party of 4 adults and a 2 year old, and the house a good size. There were books and games for all ages. We used the kayaks and paddle board. Patio furniture was nice, driveway was plenty big enough for 2 pickups with boat and jet skis. We would love to go back again!!

Great Location, OK House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying at this property. The location was great - only about a 10 minute drive from downtown Meredith. We enjoyed the beachy area (for our 6 and 9 year old to play in the sand), firepit, and outdoor table. However, inside was a bit more outdated than expected, particularly the bathrooms. We had four adults and two children staying in the house, with the grandparents staying in the primary bedroom/bathroom suit. The water in the second bathroom took almost 10 minutes to get to a barely warm temperature and was incredibly small making it difficult to assist our children clean up. The water pressure was also very, very weak. Overall, it was a decent stay, but we would not return to this property.
